How the government was speechless after the arrest of the now ex chief of the Belgrade police? What did the posts of the escaped convict and member of the kava clan, Miloš Medenica, show while the police remained silent? Why did the tabloids suddenly start stamping only official notices? Who are Saša Vuković Boske and Aleksandar Nesovic Baja?
What was the public image of Veselin Milić, and what was his relationship with Zvonko Veselinović, Nikola Petrović and Slaviš Kokez? Why the former chief was a kind of special species within the system of government of Aleksandar Vučić. Where did Milić come from in the organization and concealment of a murder that has a mafia sign and can cases like this end in one murder?

Slobodan Georgijev writes about the affair that shook Serbia for the new issue of "Vremena" (on newsstands from Thursday, May 21), who describes Milić as a "bon vivant" who was known to live on a higher footing than his salary allows:
"Years ago, a reputation was created about Milić as a man all-knowing and who is potentially the most inconvenient witness of everything the Vučić regime has done since coming to power. It went so far that he stored his secrets and evidence in the powerful secret services and that they actually protect him from everything.
All of this shows how the line between a public servant, a police officer and a party official has been erased over time - it seemed that it was more about a man who is a kind of mute to the internal control of the SNS and the actions of Vučić's associates, godfathers and confidants, and less a man whose job it is to arrest criminals and gather evidence against them."
