The police are the car transporters. Milomir Jaćimović stopped at the intersection near the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. His bus was surrounded by the cordons of the Gendarmerie and the Police Brigade. Citizens spontaneously gathered to defend Jaćimović, who has been transporting students for free for a year. The standoff was resolved by the police saying that he could park his bus near the Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium. It was a hoax, it would turn out.
After the bus was conducted to The fifth Belgrade high school, Jaćimović, was still taken into custody.
According to the statements of eyewitnesses, he was taken from there under a strong police escort to the police station in Rakovica, in front of which citizens soon gathered.
The lawyer who was at the scene stated that Jaćimović had not done anything illegal and that she was going to the police station to provide him with legal assistance.
His son, Milan Jaćimović, tells "Vreme" that the incorrect information is that the veterans failed them, on the contrary: they were with them all the time and protected his father. When the police took him into custody, they came to the police station in Rakovica and he thanked them from the bottom of his heart for that.

Citizens who came to defend Jaćimović reacted violently, cursing the police and blaming the veterans who accompanied him for not protecting him.
The bus of car carrier Milomir Jaćimović was previously stopped on Tuesday evening at the toll plaza near Novi Sad, and after the search, it continued on its way to Belgrade.

He added that he has two buses that are "in prisons".
"They took my heart away from me on Sunday, I would rather have my heart taken out than his, it is my favorite, the best. They told me that they will take all my buses, and I told them that I will drive until the last vehicle, I will not stop," said Jaćimović.
He added that the buses passed all inspections, and that he received a notification on Tuesday that he had to undergo an additional medical examination, which he did.
"They were looking for my son at school today, threats started yesterday, and today some guys broke into the school, looking for him. I don't know what will happen, but me and my child are not worth all these children. If they think that is their solution, feel free, but let them hand over this country to these children, I will not give up at the cost of my life," said Jaćimović.
