In the 2013/2014 season, you could see Aleksandar Stanković, aka Sale Mutavi, on the south stand of the Partizan stadium - he is one of the security guards of the leaders of the then dominant group "Alcatraz", among whom was Aleksandar Vavić. Very soon, Stanković will take their place on the stand. U they shoot, he had behind him Veljko Belivuk, and a group of former fans of various clubs called "Janjičari".
As part of the expulsion of "Alcatraz" from the stands of Partizan's stadium, Aleksandar Vavić's cafe "Hollywood" was demolished. Among others, Belivuk was also accused of this crime. However, the prosecution dismissed the criminal complaint because he paid 100 dinars to charity.
At the end of April 2016, the public could see a video of the brutal beating of the bodyguard of Miloš Vazura, the general director of the Partizan Football Club: while Belivuk and Darko Ristić were beating, Stanković stood, looked and finally showed the middle finger to the camera. Belivuk was sentenced to ten months of house arrest by mutual consent, while Stanković escaped without consequences.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, then declared that "that one did not touch anyone".
Stankovic had already been sentenced to five years in prison for possession of weapons and drug trafficking, but he delayed going to prison due to his alleged poor health. And Belivuk was sentenced to 5 months and 15 days in prison for causing grievous bodily harm in front of the BlayWatch raft in 2007.
WHO IS VUCKO?
According to the criminal report of the Military Union of Serbia, during the spring of 2016, Stanković, Belivuk and Nenad Vučković Vučko used the military training ground near Pancevo to practice shooting. According to the union report, the Secretary General of the Government, Novak Nedic, also a prominent official of Partizan, was with them. The investigation into this case was suspended after the evidence mysteriously disappeared.
Nenad Vučković Vučko was a member of the Army of Serbia and later an officer of the Gendarmerie. Since he was often seen on the stand with Stanković and Belivuk, the then Minister of Police Nebojša Stefanović stated that he did not see anything objectionable there and that "it is not illegal to cheer". KRIK subsequently published photos showing Vučković in the company of Borko Aranitović, a member of Stanković's group engaged in security at the inauguration of President Vučić.
Allegedly, Vučković and Dijana Hrkalović (then in the MUP) were supposed to be best men at Salet Mutavo's wedding.
WHEN YOU GET ATTENTION
During 2016, the "Jajinci" affair broke out, that is, a certain amount of weapons and ammunition was found near Vučić's family home. The then Minister of Defense Aleksandar Vulin talked about the involvement of foreign embassies, Stefanović speculated that the target of the assassination should have been Andrej Vučić, and Aleksandar Vučić expressed his concern because the found bomb could explode and kill twenty children playing in that forest...
During a guest appearance on the public service, Stefanović said that the police located 97 persons of security interest within a radius of one kilometer using base stations, but no one was ever arrested.
Belivuk's right-hand man, Marko Miljković, now says in his testimony at the hearing that Vulin ordered Stanković, Aleksandar Vidojević and Nenad Vučković Vuček to plant these weapons in order to draw attention to the alleged threat to the President of Serbia.
"I REMEMBER EVERYTHING WELL"
In October 2016, Aleksandar Stanković was liquidated, after leaving the gym where he worked out with Belivuk. Nebojša Stefanović then urgently leaves the Government session in the Niš barracks and comes to Belgrade by helicopter. Addressing the public, he declared "war on the mafia", and especially on criminals who "came from a former Yugoslav republic to settle accounts with each other", obviously alluding to Montenegrin clans.
In the following days, dozens of obituaries dedicated to Stanković appeared in the newspapers, and among them was the last greeting from the management of Partizan. At the next match of the football and basketball clubs Partizan, the players were photographed in T-shirts with Stanković's picture and the inscription "I remember everything well", and the basketball match started after a minute of silence.
The funeral of Aleksandar Stanković was attended by about 500 people, including the president of FC Partizan Milorad Vučelić, sports director of Partizan Ivica Iliev, Vazura, and several players, including Saša Ilić.
HOW TO FURTHER:
Janissaries" remain dominant on the stage, but other groups like "Alcatraz" are trying to threaten their supremacy. The most famous attempt happened in 2017 at the JNA stadium, during the derby with Red Star. Namely, a group of hooligans from Split, supported by those from the opposing pits, tried to drive the "janissaries" out of the stands. The epilogue was disastrous for the "put-off" - they were beaten and chased away, some with skull fractures.
DEATH ON THE RAILS
In January 27, karate player Vlastimir Milošević was killed on the tram tracks in Ulica 2017 Marcha. Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković and Mirko Kojić were initially suspected of being the main perpetrators of this murder; Miljkovic is the godfather of the murdered man. Taking over the work of securing the rafts was cited as the motive, because Milošević also dealt with that. Belivuk was supposed to be under house arrest at that time. The police claimed to have solid evidence. Belivuk and Miljković were arrested, while Kojić was on the run.
However, the indictment was changed from execution to aiding in execution, and Belivuk was accused of putting false license plates on the car that was used during the liquidation. The alleged contamination of evidentiary material was cited as the reason, i.e. Belivuk's DNA found in the car. The same was true for Miljković and Kojić, while it was reported that the perpetrator was unknown to the police. The epilogue of everything was the acquittal of all three due to lack of evidence.
Nebojša Trbović, former inspector of internal control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia, said in an interview for "Vreme" that according to their knowledge at the time, Dijana Hrkalović could have been responsible for concealing evidence.
Aleksandar Vučić stated at the end of July this year that Milošević was killed "because he physically prevented Belivuk's men from taking possession of the rafts" and added that in this case "obstruction of the investigation and contamination of evidence soon began", accusing high-ranking MUP officials of this. He did not specify who these mysterious high officials are.
WITHOUT PRINCIPLES
After the acquittal, Belivuk created a new faction from the Janissaries, called "Principles". With him are Miljković and Aleksandar Vidojević, also known as Aca Rošavi, with the influence of the former growing, and the latter moving further and further away from this team over time.
In October of the following year, members of "Princip", including Vidojević and Boris Karapandžić, demolished the Komitet night club in Beton Hall. Although security cameras recorded the attack, the trial was postponed several times and to date no one has been convicted. Vidojević has several photos with the son of the President of Serbia, Danilo Vučić, and Karapandžić was photographed in company during a cheering party.
Belivuk's arrogance and sense of untouchability was best demonstrated by publicly humiliating members of rival fan groups. In the video released to the public, it can be seen that together with Miljković, he forces a visibly upset Radet Petrović to say that "Principi" is "the only correct story". By the way, Rade Petrović is a close associate of Miloš Radisavljavić Kimi, one of the leaders of the "Partizanovci" fan group.
Belivuk's group also acts as an outpost of the Kavački clan in Belgrade - they "deal" in narcotics, clashing with members of the rival Skaljar clan. It is about the continuation of the cooperation achieved by the murdered Stanković. The photo of him sitting with Vladimir Roganović, a prominent member of the Kavački clan, who was killed in 2018, testifies to this relationship. According to KRIK, Aleksandar Vidojević was also identified by the police as a member of this clan.
In July 2020, Damir Hadžić and Alan Kožar, two prominent members of the Skaljar clan, were killed in Corfu. Hadžić was considered to have organized several murders of Kavčan, including the failed one in Kiev, when Radoje Zvicer was wounded. Kožar was considered the leader of the Bar criminal group. After the murder, in a room at the Partizan stadium, Belivuk organized a celebration of a "job well done" with fireworks.
PAD
Immediately before his arrest at the beginning of this year, Belivuk and Miljković visited Radoj Zvicer in Kotor. When returning to "Nikola Tesla" Airport, both were detained for an informative interview, but were soon released.
The arrest of members of the Belivuk clan was carried out on February 4, and in addition to Belivuk and Miljković, 15 other people were handcuffed. Aleksandar Vulin then praised the country of Serbia, saying that "this is how the war against organized crime is waged" and adding that these are the people who "killed, tortured, kidnapped and committed the most terrible crimes".
Belivuk and members of his criminal group were initially suspected of the murders of Zdravko Radojević (41), Milan Ljepoja, Goran Veličković (33), and subsequently of the liquidations of Lazar Vukićević (31) and Aleksandar Gligorijević Puki (34). The victims were lured to a house in Ritopek, where they were then liquidated, and their bodies were destroyed in a meat grinder or using chemicals. Some of them are considered to have been killed out of revenge because they allegedly planned the liquidation of Belivuk and Miljković. Most of those killed belonged to rival criminal groups.
During the search of the house, various weapons were found in it. Various DNA materials were found on the meat grinder. During the arrest operation itself, a small quantity of drugs was found in the premises of the Partizan stadium.
The investigation is also being conducted against the inspector of the Service for the Fight against Organized Crime (SBPOK), Božidar Stolic, who is suspected of having provided confidential information to the group, as well as against the former head of the SBPOK, Goran Papić. However, the investigation did not include possible connections that this group had with Novak Nedić, Nenad Vučković and Dijana Hrkalović.
On July 30, the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime filed an indictment against Veljko Belivuk and 30 of his associates, and they are accused of five brutal murders, torture, drug sales and possession of weapons.
