Sixteen new categories of products as part of the campaign "Better price - price for the people" will be on the shelves of stores throughout Serbia from Wednesday, the Ministry of Trade announced, and broadcast by RTS.
As part of this action, additional 16 products with new prices are:
- flour type 500 - 50 dinars
- flour flat 400 - 50 dinars
- sunflower oil - 144 dinars
- sour milk - 64 dinars
– margarine – 79 dinars
- cheese spread - 159 dinars
– onion – 79 dinars
– beans – 259 dinars
– cabbage – by 30 percent
- liver pate - 49 dinars
– hot dogs – 79 dinars
- frozen peas - 139 dinars
– jam
– biscuit – 119 dinars
- toothpaste - 99 dinars
– soap – by 30 percent
The campaign will last until December 31, and products whose prices have been reduced in stores will be clearly marked with the sign "Bolja cena".
"I am extremely satisfied with the response of traders and manufacturers, the visibility of the action and its effects." "Bolja cena" is a joint action and initiative of the state and retailers, and its main goal is to protect citizens' standards and help them buy as many products as possible for their hard-earned money," said Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade Tomislav Momirović.
He notes that there are enough products from this promotion, and that the promotion is active in more than 2.500 stores throughout the territory of Serbia. He adds that potential resale of the product will be severely sanctioned.
