Four young men, last night around 19:20 p.m., dressed in black clothes and with hoods on their heads, in Doverska Street in Split they stopped a delivery man on a motorcycle and physically assaulted him, according to the Croatian police, reports Hina.
The deliveryman took out a scalpel and warned the attackers to back off, but they continued, injuring one of them.
It is about a minor, a Croatian citizen, who was taken to the hospital with a minor injury and received medical care, and then taken to the police where he was subjected to a criminal investigation.
The delivery man suffered minor injuries and received medical attention.
After the police investigation, the four attackers will be handed over to the competent detention service, according to the Croatian news agency Hina.

In addition to the attack on Mertojak, the police also confirmed the attack that took place at 19.55:XNUMX at the roundabout in Bračka Street, when two unknown younger attackers attacked and seriously injured a food delivery man, a citizen of Nepal, with sticks, and then fled the scene of the attack.
A little later, around 21.18:XNUMX p.m. in Velebitska Street, a third attack followed, in which a group of a dozen masked persons damaged several delivery motorcycles parked in front of the facility where foreign workers are staying, according to the Croatian portal.
As previously reported by the portal Slobodna Dalmacija, the motorcycles that were damaged were marked with signs of food delivery companies.
According to the statements of citizens who witnessed the incident, the perpetrators of the attack were masked.
The Croatian police announced that they have launched a criminal investigation and have undertaken an urgent search for the suspected attackers.
