Football players Fruškogorac from the village of Manđelosa near Sremska Mitrovica kept it unique protest on the football field in a match with the Napredka team from the town of Šuljam in the Srem-West Inter-Municipal League.
The players of the aforementioned team decided to support four of their teammates who, as they said, were attacked with an unknown "weapon" at a protest in Belgrade the day before.
After the start of the match, the Fruškogorac football players sat on the field as a sign of protest and thus provided support to all those who experienced the inconvenience in Belgrade, for which it is still not known what and how it was caused, that is, who "ordered" it.
"Four of our teammates were attacked by an unknown weapon at a protest in Belgrade, we all supported them in this peaceful way, so that the message would also reach the local football officials who play the role of students," the Fruškogorac club announced.
