Will there be elections and when?

The President's fear of the ballot box

When the students came out with a unifying, for some long-awaited demand for extraordinary parliamentary elections, they hit the target. This request is obviously too big a challenge for the progressives, they and their partners don't know what to do with it, which can be seen mostly from their confused statements - like: it can be, but it doesn't have to mean, just take the medicine to my aunt and I'll think about it. The students hit Vučić where it hurts the most, two times in a row: first by claiming that he is an "incompetent institution", and now that he has become a "coward". He must not call elections, which he has been threatening every now and then for 13 years and which he calls when he feels like it, always sure of victory

Extraordinary elections: Students hit the center of Vučić's fear

The demand for early parliamentary elections rocked a regime that wins only when it runs against itself. "The state is me": Vučić's latest confrontation with the institutions

President Aleksandar Vučić's statement that the SNS will block the courts in Novi Sad raises serious questions about the attitude of the executive power towards the independence of the judiciary. While the courts are being accused of "injustice" and "color revolution", the president is sending a message that looks less and less like an institutional dialogue and more and more like an open confrontation with all those who are not loyal to him

Blockade of RTS: Red glove in the face of Vučić

The list of government threats to students in the blockade is only expanding - criminal charges, accusations of violence, violation of the law, mistreatment of women... But they receive nothing, RTS does not work normally, and the police do not react. Is it proof of the state's impotence?
