Waiting for the election

Amalgam for victory

A broad front can only be gathered by the fight against corruption, because it erodes the electorate of the government and the opposition, pro-Western liberals and pro-Russian nationalists, believers and atheists, urban and rural, young and old, educated and semi-literate.

How Vučić finally became a fan leader

Why has street violence become all that Vučić can offer citizens? Why did it become a bansendin for the most hard-line progressive-radical electorate? And with what he proved that he doesn't know the street at all

Face to face: How Zemun resisted SNS stands

At the entrance to the main street in Zemun on Friday, April 24, from the afternoon, members of the Serbian Progressive Party came behind the stands, and by the evening, a significant number of citizens who support the students had gathered near them.

The brain of a Çatsiland psychiatrist

Nothing happens from what Vučić announces, including the promise that he will catch up with N1 and Nova S. That is why he hides his impotence and frustration by claiming that he did not ban those two televisions because he benefits from their work. Poor, cheap and transparent

Autocracy

One people, one leader: Total control of everything

Aleksandar Vučić strives to bring everything that is not yet under his control. It was the turn of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime. The government closes ranks in order not to suppress the rebellion in society

Novi Sad

The progressives are running in a dishonorable circle

From various quarters, various well-informed people report that Maja Gojković has expired and that she will soon be thanked for her cooperation. In what form, we will see. If that's the case, why did Maya get hurt? She is obedient, but perhaps not quite as much as expected of her. Maybe she was acting more crazy than she was allowed to be. Last year, the Development Agency of Vojvodina, which was founded in that form by Mirović's government, was liquidated overnight. Part of the employees, those eligible, were transferred to the Fund for European Affairs of AP Vojvodina, which is managed by the "famous European" Ognjen Dopuđ, with a recognizable appearance, "famous" for physically attacking and insulting students who blocked the entrance to the Novi Sad Rectorate last September. Now, does the eventual departure of Maja Gojković have anything to do with all of this? If there is, then it is because it was not more efficient and faster in differentiation, there is no other

All brother to brother

As international relations become more complicated and conflicts intensify, it becomes increasingly clear that Aleksandar Vučić's ten-year claims that Serbia has brotherly relations with certain countries are nothing more than empty talk.

SNS moves the meeting from Novi Sad to Belgrade, progressives fill Ćaciland?

The Serbian Progressive Party is reportedly mobilizing its members and sympathizers across Serbia for a rally in Belgrade, scheduled for Wednesday at 17 p.m. in front of the National Assembly. The meeting in Novi Sad, which was announced earlier, was cancelled, and the buses of the local committees were redirected to the capital

Minimalist arguments for banning SNS

The Constitution of Serbia, in Article 5.3, provides for the banning of a political party in the event that its actions are aimed at the violent overthrow of the constitutional order, violation of guaranteed human or minority rights, or incitement of racial, national or religious hatred. In the case of the Serbian Progressive Party, the basis for banning the party is first of all in the continuous violation of guaranteed human rights, and additionally in causing national hatred.

Zorana Mihajlović: Why did the heroine almost fall for the students?

Zorana Mihajlović, who left the SNS two years ago, was not very well received on the other side of the political spectrum. Now, in the relationship between the former Minister of Energy and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, melodious tones full of understanding can be heard again.

Counter rally

26.march 2025 MLJ

Will there be a meeting of progressives on March 28?

Will there be a counter rally of the authorities, which was pompously announced as "the biggest in history" for March 28? If they want, will the progressives be allowed to go out on the streets of a city or will the event be held in some facility, so that they are safe from the already angry citizens?
