Almost the entire state leadership defends Koluvija wherever it goes, from the courtroom, through the Assembly to the television studios. At the same time, they are trying to criminalize and publicly attack inspectors Dusan Mitić and Slobodan Milenkovic, who discovered Jovanjica. During breaks in the trial, Koluvija and the defendants for "Jovanjica 1" are greeted by members of the BIA, who, according to the indictment, were guards of the property, while marijuana was flourishing. They encourage them with words, in cafes, not far from the Court: "Take it easy, we will chase Mitić and Milenković out of the Service"
