The Federal Court ruled that Novak Djokovic thinks that he should not be vaccinated and that as such, his presence in Australia would encourage Australians not to be vaccinated and rebel against rigid epidemiological measures. Djokovic, therefore, will not be deported because he broke some law or regulation, but because of his alleged opinion on vaccination and that others see him as an "anti-vaxxer icon".
