Who says that "discord is a Serbian curse"? Just find the goal sufficiently contrary, futile and meaningless, and "everything Serbian thinks" will unite in holy concord, and the rare individuals who jump out of that unity will be covered in tar and feathers.
Here, for example, is Novak Djokovic, the best tennis player in the world. The person is not vaccinated against covid-19; no one knows why, he won't say, a mysterious "medical exception" is mentioned, but it's unclear what that exception is or if it even exists.
There are indeed people who cannot receive the vaccine for valid medical reasons. But these people are very few, and the reasons are quite concrete, and all but one of them are well known to medicine. They do not include subjective psychological disturbances, irritatingly childish belief in the rumors of whistleblowers from the Internet and other forms of murky "New Ageism", which we know that Djokovic is prone to since long before the corona pandemic. So that anti-vaxxerism, if he is anti-vaxxer, and we have all the indications that he is, comes to him as a natural next step in the development of an already built eclectic "view of the world". Which Djokovic shares, if he shares it, with millions of other people, only that they are not rich and famous, and he is.
On the other hand, Djokovic is also Serbian, like millions of us, and from there suddenly comes an implicit order that we all as one defend his mysterious "higher right" to, in this case, enter Australia unvaccinated and play tennis there. And here we are, all lined up on the same task: both the government and the opposition, both vučić and jilas, both RTS and N1, both pop and atheists, both folk and punks, both gay and straight, and this and that - as if they are all these days in the same front, the front of defense of "our Nolet" against the evil Australian bureaucracy, and the New World Order in general.
However, the thing is this: you can't go to Australia unvaccinated, and slushy. There are very rare exceptions to this rule, but being called Novak Djokovic is not enough, or need not be enough, to make an exception. In all likelihood, Djokovic does not have what it takes for that exemption. And even if it is not so but somehow different, we are talking about the discretionary right of each state to freely interpret, establish or not establish exceptions.
Now, the truth is, there is something else here: Djokovic plays the best tennis in the world, and that is why it is in the interest of many that he does not play tennis - because then they will be better than they actually are. Will they be happy if Djokovic returns home without even seeing the tennis court? Will. But there are two questions: 1. why should it be a problem of the Australian state?; 2. why should it be "our" problem? Djokovic himself, of his own free will, makes that joy possible for them.
That's why in the end, as things stand, it's only about the problem of the citizen Djokovic, which he could and had to overcome on his own. And we could support and encourage him in that, instead of comforting him and falconry in the inaji behavior of derlet.
In other words: come on, get vaccinated, boy. It's nothing, it doesn't hurt, and it's useful. The one who writes these lines is also vaccinated, and the considerable majority of those who will read them, so we are not missing anything. You are no better than us, you just play tennis better. And those among us who are not vaccinated by choice, at least they are not flying to Australia. It is difficult for them to reach Ćićevac. They squat at home and, for reasons they no longer remember, despise the whole world. Except for "our Nolet", dabome. Being their hero is the saddest thing in the world.
Therefore, get vaccinated and play, and beat everyone, because you are the best. And if someone touches you even after that, tell us, so that we can all defend you as one.

The Republic Election Commission (REC) made a decision today on determining the final number of voters in Serbia

A citizen of Belgrade whose polling station in Banja Luka was changed in the voter list without his knowledge claims that the Ministry did not correct his data and that the deadlines have expired. The elections are on October 25 and he still doesn't know where he will vote.

The pardon procedure implies the appropriate role of the Minister of Justice, who should initiate the procedure or submit an opinion on the pardon, says prosecutor Radovan Lazić.
