An icy day is expected in the country today with a gradual cessation snowfall.
Clearing will begin in the morning and before noon in the northern and western regions, and in the middle of the day in other regions.
The wind will be weak and moderate, in the middle of the day and strong northwesterly, in the east occasionally with stormy gusts.
Lowest temperature it will range from -8 to -2, locally up to -10, and the highest daily temperature from -4 to 0 degrees.
It will snow in Belgrade in the morning, and then it is expected to stop.
The temperature in the capital will be below zero all day, up to -2 degrees.
The ice wave will continue on Friday, especially in the morning, when moderate and severe frost is forecast, with a temperature of -14 to -7.
During the day it will be warmer, with the highest temperature from 1 to 5 degrees.
Due to the snow, the route of bus lines 65, 17, 31 and 21 in Belgrade has been changed
Due to the snow that has been falling in Belgrade since last night, several bus lines are running on a changed lane, according to the City Transport Company.
Macut: Snow and ice are under control
Line 65 uses a shortened route to the Youth Stadium. Lines 17 and 31 run abbreviated - to Dušanovac - while line 21 is extended to Medaković 3.
Authorities are urging travelers to follow current information and be patient until utility crews clear the streets.
Roads of Serbia: Several road routes throughout Serbia are covered by snow
Public company "Roads of Serbia", based on the Report of the Winter Service Headquarters, announced that the busiest road routes of the first maintenance priority are:
State border with Hungary (border crossing Horgoš) - Žednik loop, Feketić-Sirig loop (road is wet), Lajkovac loop - Ljig loop, where the road is wet and there is up to five centimeters of snow.
There is up to five centimeters of snow on the roadway and on the Ljig-Takovo, Obrenovac-Ub, Pakovraće-Prilipac (end of the constructed highway), Preljina-Pakovraće, Surčin jug-Obrenovac, Takovo-Preljina, Ub-Lajkovac, Velika Drenova-Vrnjačka Banja, Vrnjačka Banja-Vrba loops.
