The plum fair in Osečina, along with the one in BIH Gradačac, as well as Blac, is the most famous in this region. Osečina has set high standards from the start, thanks to, as is the case in our country, the connection with the ministries, first of all those led by master Velimir Ilić, then master Dinkić (their people managed the municipality). Everything was on a level, and the Ministry of Culture gave money to sing Pilot Kiki, but this year, although the grandfather and grandmother of the doctor of the Minister of Police live in Osečina, due to the reduced flow of money, everything was reduced. If the lack of money is added to the fact that the plum crop failed by 90 percent, it is not surprising that the number of exhibitors and visitors decreased. But only at that first glance, in fact, as reported by our TV stations, everything was transferred 100 percent, the stands were full of plums and products, and there were guests from the surrounding countries as well. Regardless of minor disagreements about the scope of the Fair, it should be said that, as official records say, it contributes to the expansion of plums: Podgorina is the record holder for the number of trees, there are new plantings, there are 160 mini dryers and 27 industrial tunnels for drying plums, prunes are exported to Russia, Belarus, Austria, Belgium, Germany and Slovakia.
SINGER: The entrance to the municipality, which is in the center of the town along the road-street, reduced, only a red carpet path and two larger pots with some evergreen plants that are not small thuja. Next to the municipality, a fence divides the house of the minister's grandfather, doctor Mr. Stefanović. The house of the grandfather of the minister, Mr. Nebojša, on the ground floor, next to the street, a shop with two large shop windows, in which Vučić is crying with all his strength for jobs, and a smaller photo of Dr. Stefanović's grandson from the opening ceremony of the Fair. They said that in their grandfather's bar, from the picture and the poster, the local SNS was dining.
The reporter went further, passed the barbecue stand with the crucified king Pera and uncle Draža, the T-shirt stall for Miloš Obilić and Mladić Ratko, and ran into the "Golden Hands" exhibition of hard-working housewives. There is everything, and most of all, various milieu, embroidery with crosses and flowers, hats, socks, pumpkins, pots with flowers, you can't miss the festive cakes, apple and walnut bowls, saints carved in wood. Whoever asks, because it costs money, gets an answer, nothing is sold until the commission passes.
Outside, an elderly man sewing hats and other hats on a "singerica", further on "Poselo kod lampek", where brandy is brewed, there are tweezers on the stove, there are vanilla beans, boiled eggs and sliced salami, women in traditional costumes are just spinning, over a wool kanura they sing I was cutting hay down by Morava/ where dark brown and blue girls pass... Next to the lamp used to cook plum jam, bread cut into slices, who will taste fresh jam.
Further, to the left of the entrance to the sports hall, where the fair exhibition, made of plastic by the "Cane" company, has plastic barrels, a boat, a large black tub cut forward, in which, one would say, Cane himself is sitting with his company. From the stage, the stairs of the hall, the traditional presenter broadcasts, repeats, welcome, welcome, informs that the opening ceremony will take place at 13 p.m. In all of this, guests arrive with coats over their arms, guests in skirts and dresses with appropriate handbags over their shoulders. On the stairs, on the stage, the presenter also stood, wearing a tight-fitting black dress that looked best on her back.
The journalist enters the sports hall, there are few crates of dried and fresh plums, but there are, and mostly there are jars of various sweets and bottles of brandy, even brandy in a bottle with a plum on the neck. Of course, there were also green figs, plum cakes with the words "Plum Fair", there was also a demonstration cauldron for roasting brandy, there were vats, another offer, a Nedelišč stand from Croatia with a barrel of wine, all made from pumpkins from Slovenian Ormož, there are also seeds, for which they said that Styrian Viagra.
The reporter goes back outside, a high-ranking delegation is in sight, in the center a dominant one, glasses called photogrey, a gray tie, but a statesman's swarthy, himself an SNS expert, the president of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, a gentleman who was personally proposed by the first Prime Minister for Minister of Economy, two words, Željko Sertić.
The hosts led Mr. Sertić into roasting brandy and cooking jam, then directed him towards the staircase-stage. When Mr. Sertić approaches, he first greets one of the four priests present, then greets the second, and the third priest, and the entrepreneur Cane personally comes out of that cut tub and greets the future Minister of Economy. Over the loudspeaker, is it welcome, they let out They began to adorn the flowers with dew...From the bare staircase - it was not with the grandson of the mustached mascot Radoje, because Radoje refused to attend because he did not receive money for last year - the traditional host announced, Ladies and gentlemen, the Plum Fair begins with the singing of the anthem of the Republic of Serbia "God's Justice". One came out, God of justice, you who save...Mr. Sertić held his hands properly in front of him, the entrepreneur Cane was the only one who followed the artist, the anthem ended, Serbian lands, all our kind!
BRANDING: The traditional presenter presents the relevant information about the "blue treasure", greets whomever he needs individually, and greets "all of you who are here, and media representatives from Serbia, the region, Europe and the world". Cane gave a round of applause in front of his tub, he came up behind the host's dress, read that jam and bread are the best combination, called Mr. President of the municipality. The president of the municipality greeted everyone, especially the respected president Sertić, and his excellency the ambassador of Belarus, and said that there were floods, that even a plum tree did not bear fruit, but that they are going further in development and branding. The ambassador of Belarus Chušev spoke, who said in Serbian that he was very happy and pleased, cooperation in all areas is progressing, it was nice at the fair, he tried a prune, he tried a wet one, very nice...
So the traditional presenter answered again, I am now calling a man, who, whether he is in Dubai, Paris, Moscow, Vienna, always has a message, and he said it in all the world's languages, finally in Serbian, Come to my Serbia to work and invest, I invite Mr. Željko Sertić. Mr. Sertić came out and stood, Dear friends, you have made your place a real brand... which makes Serbia more beautiful and better, and that I can invite people from around the world... You are an excellent example... you have gone from an ordinary plum to a dried plum... I wish to congratulate you on your value, your leadership on your vision, strength and perseverance... Cheers, let's celebrate together! Everyone gave a round of applause, and the best traditional host, and no less the best entrepreneur, Cane, who stepped well in front of his demonstrative black and plastic tub.
They gave an award to the best exporter of dried plums, and to the best producer, the traditional host called for a traditional painting, everyone gathered, the only thing missing was the traditional mascot Radoj, who was not paid for the previous branding. Everyone went on a tour of the fair, first to the stand that was overgrown with artificial flowers, then to the rest that could be seen, crates of plums, jam, plum cakes, brandy, and there were also green figs and chocolate plums. Mr. Sertić praises everyone, nods to everyone, at the first stop he toasts with the hosts with a small bottle of brandy, he also praises everyone as an excellent example and a great chance, he also looked at the brandy lamp, the prunes that were carefully packed in transparent plastic boxes attracted his greatest attention...
The delegation continued with nodding and congratulating, one, without being asked, said that fresh plums are 50 dinars, dry plums are 300 dinars, the price is good because there are no plums, Mr. Setrić also stopped at the black tub, brought Ormož pumpkin products, a barrel of wine from Nedelišč, and went to make more a circle around the stands with that crate of plums, brandy, heart-shaped plum cakes on which the words "Plum Fair" were written with great love . In bottles and jars, with a microphone in one hand, and a plum in the other hand, the presenter, whose tight black dress looked best from behind, recorded an exclusive feature for a TV company with a national frequency...
Outside, on the stairs, Veseli Gajdash, the traditional presenter, introduced himself once again to Mr. Sertić and Mr. Ambassador, announced that in 30 seconds there would be a statement to the media. The "Vremena" journalist immediately asked Mr. Sertić where the appointment as a minister got stuck, but the future minister said that he does not give individual answers. Then he gave answers to the collective questions, presented the program, as it were, the agricultural economy is our chance... this event showed that our villages and towns can live well from their work... it is important for us to start Serbia... from one planned action on how to process plums, how to pack , how to squeeze oil, you have results, and it is a model for agriculture and other cultures... The reporter was not calm either, he asked again, and since the appointment was prolonged, the future minister gave an answer, the Assembly works according to its own procedure, and I don't think that's a problem.
Then the journalist, with others, was invited, greeted by the security, went up to the "Business Club", across the street from the hall, where there was a cocktail. Two tables with grilled meat, dignitaries headed by high guests and high hosts present. The journalist behaved decently, was in a corner, as it were. As soon as he took a brandy, one piece, he stopped looking at the kebabs, straight at the journalist, and at other colleagues from Serbia, the region, Europe, the world, when a member of the security came out with a loud instruction: Journalists out! The journalist didn't say, fuck your kebab, hey, politely went outside with his colleague from "Novosti". But, in this way, and how, and to whom, to the highest address, Mr. Vučić himself, through this letter, reports the case, because he guarantees and demonstrates by personal example, domestically and abroad, that our journalists are our greatest treasure. And if this journalist is not ours, who is it? Here is the signature below!
