Commenting on the riots in Novi Pazar, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, deliberately insulted citizens of the Muslim faith
I don't mean to offend, but I'm going to offend anyway.
This is how Aleksandar Vučić's statement could be characterized when he mentioned the rector of the State University in Novi Pazar, Zana Dolicaninin, and the information that she submitted a request to the state to forcibly expel students from blocking faculties.
Vučić commented on the protests and riots that broke out in this city on TV Informer. However, while he was talking about the rector, he did not fail to insult the citizens of the Muslim faith.
"As you could see, the building of the State University in Novi Pazar looks like a pig sty, I don't want to say a pig sty so as not to offend someone religiously, but certainly not a place where people live, especially not civilized people or decent people who stick to cleanliness, basic orderliness and everything else," said Vučić.
The president of the state also said that "she came with people from physical and technical security, but they were also informed by the police that she would enter there, because there was a danger of the spread of some kind of chemical substances."
Then he added that the police did not have an order to intervene because they were taking care of the environment in which everything was happening.
"For 13 years, I have been trying to ensure that as Prime Minister, President of the Republic, Deputy Prime Minister, we do everything to not only have a normal life together for Serbs and Bosniaks, but also to invest as much as possible in Bosniak communities. The most expensive school we built is in Sjenica, believe it or not, in the whole of Serbia. With an Olympic-sized swimming pool, whether indoor or outdoor, believe it or not," said Vučić.
The informer already used this narrative a day later to write that "Islamist blockaders cursed the Serbian mother, children, women and Jesus" in Novi Pazar. Interior Minister Ivica Dacic continued in the same vein on Pink TV on Wednesday.
The row of "extremists", then the row of "anti-Serbian politics"
Vučić said that the events in front of the building of the State University in Novi Pazar were "politically organized".
"It has nothing to do with the blockaders. The blockaders are only executors of the political orders of certain parties, of certain blatantly anti-Serb options, and it is no secret for anyone. So, they are only there to carry out their political orders," said Vučić, adding that some "extremists have started using student-blockaders to conduct the worst anti-Serb policy".
"This is the fault of the politics of all of us and the politics of the individuals sitting in the government who, I won't hide it from anyone, have always encouraged hatred towards the Serbian people by courting a part of the extremist electorate and trying to get their support. They long to take as much money as possible from Belgrade, because Pazar is poor and they can't do anything with their money, and it all comes with our good will," said Vučić.
He said that he was disappointed with the coalition partners from that city - Usam Zukorlić and Rasim Ljajić.
Police and sacks
"Four people were just arrested who used violence against the police and their fellow citizens. And the arrests will continue, all the people who participated in the riots will be detained," added Vučić.
He believes that the police acted in accordance with their powers.
"She stood at the entrance, playing jackasses who were beaten by the extremist heroes with stones and fists and all possible policemen with visors, shields and everything else, who were not ordered to intervene or beat them, and they could have done it without any problem," added Vučić.
"You beat the people for little money"
Ahead of the football match between Red Star and Lincoln on Tuesday, the 29th evening, in the second round of the Champions League qualifiers, there was a fight between Red and White fans and the Gendarmerie near the north stand.
Sport club reporters reported that "there were bloody heads everywhere", and that Zvezda fans chanted at the police "You beat people for small money, you protect thieves".
Unofficially, the riots broke out after a verbal conflict, i.e. when fans hurled insults at the police because of their role in suppressing peaceful protests across Serbia, which later escalated into scuffles and physical confrontations. Then the Gendarmerie pushed the fans from the plateau in front of the north down the stairs towards Ljutice Bogdana Street, where the fiercest conflict took place during which torches and cannon shots were used on one side, and batons on the other.

Columns of citizens headed towards Slavija from six directions - from Novi Belgrade, Zemun and Čukarica, and a little later, columns also started from Studentski trg, from the building of the technical faculty on Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra and from Autokomanda.
The message of the last gathering of the Student List before the elections on October 25 is: It's over! It's a little retro, but considering who it's related to, it hits the spot
The "Students are winning" list held a final pre-election rally on Belgrade's Trg Slavija ahead of the extraordinary parliamentary elections scheduled for Sunday, October 25.
"They tried to destroy our country on an external order. Huge money entered the country and that's why this is the most difficult battle, because they attacked us with billions of euros, and we defended ourselves with purity, our program and love for the homeland," said Aleksandar Vučić at the final pre-election meeting in Belgrade's Hall of Sports
There is, literally, no difference between the one who claims it is day in the middle of the night, or the one who claims to be a giraffe, from the claims we read on billboards: that Vučić is working to unify Serbs and that Serbia is doing better and better day by day.
The pre-election arrests due to the alleged "overthrow of the state" testify to the regime's panic. The bad news for them is - they can't arrest the whole people who decided to defend themselves from progressive beatings and election theft
The ring that tightens around Ćaciland Student list is getting narrower. Because there are more and more spoiled people who see the false prophet for what he is: a street obscener who is fighting Serbia
