That's why - because of those hybrid threats, i.e. that he could open new factories and sections of highways and railways in peace - he asks "all our student and their professors to return to classrooms, amphitheatres, to do what is both their responsibility and their obligation".
The president said on Instagram, since the students don't watch RTS or TV Pink, that their demands have been met, that they "got what they wanted and asked for."
Since he had first called the students blocking the universities foreign mercenaries and accused them of fighting over the money that, as he said, they had received to destroy their country, now, in a paternal way, at least that is the impression he wanted to leave, he asked them "to never be a tool in the hands of any political actors, and those from the former regime, of any of us, but to behave in accordance with what they themselves said."
