This is how a minister in the Government of Serbia and an official of the SNS Darko Glisic announces commemorative gathering on the occasion of the anniversary of the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad on November 1, which was invited by the students

Conspiracy theories
After the research published by "Vreme" showed that the government convinced its voters that the canopy was brought down by evil foreign forces, the regime continues to spread conspiracy theories to resist the truth.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, claims that he only recently saw videos of the Novi Sad councilor Misha Bachulov appears in front of the Railway Station three hours before the canopy falls. In the show "Hit Tweet" on "Pink" television, he described Bachulov, completely unfounded, as "incredulous".
Bachulov told "Vreme" that the president of Serbia "has become insane", that "he is now crossing all limits of common sense".
"For a year, I've been talking about the fact that I took the train to Belgrade that morning. And now he suddenly found out before November 1, when the chaos was heating up and when he was afraid of what would happen in Novi Sad. Now he suddenly decided to get us all off the street by putting a label on us that we were responsible." says Bachulov for "Vremya"".
How Glišić fuels violence
Government Minister Darko Glišić added that the students allegedly know that they cannot win the elections, they know that they do not have a majority.
"But they need that excuse, like the elections. They only need them in order to create incidents, and at eight (o'clock), when the polls close, before anyone looks at the box or opens it to count it, to say at eight minutes past one: the elections have been stolen. And then you start with a series of incidents, creating chaos and violence," stated Glišić.
Intimidation
The Vice-President of the National Movement of Serbia, Borislav Novaković, said that Glišić was trying to create an atmosphere of fear in advance with that statement so that fewer people would come to that rally.
"Darko Glišić is doing something called a preemptive attack, he is trying to challenge that gathering in advance and create an atmosphere of fear. They have a predictable mantra and they cannot get out of it," Novaković told N1.
MP of the Freedom and Justice Party (SSP) in the Assembly of Vojvodina, Milan Vasiljević, called on Glišić to report to the police what he knew about the violence he foresees.
"Darko Glišić announces great violence on November 1 in Novi Sad. He says that there will be an attempt to lynch, rampage, and even burn the whole of Novi Sad. Where did Darko Glišić get such information? Are some loyalists being trained for attacks like in Moldova? Because how else can one claim such a horrifying thing, if they themselves are not planning to carry it out," Vasiljević asked.
Danijela Grujić, a member of the SSP Presidency, addressed Glišić with a written statement.
"Every time until now, when you incited the public and announced violence in front of large gatherings, you prepared and directed it yourself. When you did not succeed in provoking riots, like on March 15, you callously used sound weapons against peaceful citizens. What should we expect after these words? Haven't you realized yet that the will of the citizens of Serbia who demand elections is unbreakable and that it is our right to mourn in peace on November 1," said Grujić.
The provincial board of the New Face of Serbia warned that Glišić's "inappropriate statement" is preparing the ground "for violence and confrontation with citizens who think differently."
