Assembly of Serbia she started the first session autumn session, and there are 47 items on the agenda, among which are proposals for laws and amendments concerning Expo 2027 and a proposal for a law on the legalization of facilities.
There are 47 items on the agenda, the first of which is the Bill on special conditions for recording and registering rights to real estate.
The session will also discuss amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction, as well as the Law on State Survey and Cadastre.
People's deputies will also consider amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security.
The deputies also have before them amendments to the Law on Special Procedures for the realization of the international specialized exhibition "Expo 2027".
The opposition did not participate in yesterday's collegium, and some of them will not participate in the work of the Assembly either - for now, they are the Ecological Uprising, the Democratic Party, POKS and the New DSS.
Extensive agenda
Also on the agenda is the Proposal for the Law on Information Security and Amendments to the Law on Court Fees, as well as the Proposal for the Law on Seeds and Planting Material of Agricultural and Ornamental Plants.
Several international treaties and agreements are on the agenda, among which is the Bill on Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Air Quality Improvement Project in Serbia) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Deputies will consider and confirm the Agreement between the Government of Serbia and the Government of Turkey on cooperation in the field of innovation in advanced technologies, as well as the Agreement on the adoption of harmonized UN technical regulations for wheeled vehicles, equipment and parts.
There is also the confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Additional Financing of the Tax Administration Modernization Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement for the Niš - Dimitrovgrad B Railway between Serbia and the European Investment Bank.
The confirmation of the Loan Agreement between KfW, Frankfurt am Main and the Republic of Serbia for the Policy Loan (PBL) "Energy and Environment Sector Reform in the Republic of Serbia II" is also foreseen, as well as the special agreement on the financing of the Program Operation for the Development Policy of Green Growth in Serbia between the Republic of Serbia and the French Development Agency.
Among the items is the confirmation of the Agreement on the guarantee of payment between the Republic of Serbia and the French Development Agency, as well as the Agreement between Serbia and the International Bureau for Exhibitions on the privileges and benefits necessary for participation in the internationally recognized exhibition "Expo 2027" Belgrade Serbia.
Also on the agenda are proposals for laws on the ratification of the International Agreement on Data Exchange for the purpose of verifying property declarations, laws on the ratification of the Agreement between Serbia and the People's Republic of China on judicial assistance in civil and commercial matters, as well as on the ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Hungary on legal assistance in civil matters.
Confirmation of international agreements
Also on the agenda will be the Bill on Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of Serbia and the Government of Turkey on cooperation in the field of education, the Bill on Confirmation of the Agreement between Serbia, on the one hand, and the European Union, on the other hand, on Serbia's participation in the EU Single Market Program.
The Government also submitted the Bill on the ratification of the Agreement establishing the International Organization for Vine and Wine, made in Paris on April 3, 2001, and the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement of April 3, 2001 establishing the International Organization for Vine and Wine on the relocation of the Organization's headquarters, adopted in Paris on May 21, 2022.
A law was also proposed on the ratification of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of Bulgaria, the Government of Croatia, the Government of Hungary, the Government of North Macedonia, the Government of Montenegro, the Government of Serbia, the Government of the Slovak Republic and the Government of Slovenia on cooperation and coordination in aviation search and rescue.
The Government has also submitted the Bill on Confirmation of the Framework Agreement on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Central African Republic, the Bill on Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Hungary on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of Secret Data, the Bill on Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Burundi on Economic Cooperation.
Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Maldives on trade, investment and economic cooperation, as well as the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on economic and trade cooperation is foreseen.
A law related to the free trade agreement with Turkey, the Defense Cooperation Agreement with the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of the Congo was also proposed.
Deputies will consider the confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the organization of Multinational Forces and Observers on the operation on the Sinai Peninsula, as well as the confirmation of the Memorandum between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on cooperation in the field of agriculture.
Also on the agenda are agreements with Jordan on cooperation in the field of defense, as well as with the Kingdom of Eswatini and Ghana.
A law was also proposed on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia on the establishment of joint controls at the border crossings for international road traffic in Preševo (Republic of Serbia) and Tabanovce (Republic of North Macedonia).
Among the items on the agenda will be the amendment of the Law on Ratification of the European Charter on Local Self-Government, the Proposal for a Decision on the Election of Council Members of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
