While inspectors Slobodan Milenkovic and Dusan Mitić from the IV department responsible for the fight against narcotics are being hunted by the state, the first accused in the "Jovanjica" case, Predrag Koluvija, in "Ćirilica" on Happy TV on Monday, tells stories about his innocence.
The owner of the largest skunk plantation in Europe, which, according to the two inspectors who exposed it, was under the protection of state authorities and MUP and BIA officials, told how, when he was taken into custody, "he thought it was all a big mistake ", he simply could not understand what was happening, everything the police were saying to him had no logic.
"Only over time did I realize that all of this has a deeper meaning, that the police officers are not stupid," Koluvia confessed. "They had to think of something to justify that first day when they arrested me." It is only after nine months that I discover that there is some badge as a supposed cover for that first day."
So he continued, with Marić's wholehearted approval: "I grew up in Germany." I approach business differently. When I start something, I think about how I'm going to finish it. I looked to think 20 years ahead, to have certificates, a market and a recognizable brand. That's how I got into business."
Then he said something about some Germans who, I guess, wanted to sell hemp through him, and then they wanted to buy his company, which he refused. So some Montenegrins and one Greek appeared who, he says, worked for a British law firm, all of which was supposed to be a good, legal business.
Because, explained Koluvi Marić, "Hemp is good for medical use, cannabis oil, clothing production."
And what he grew, God save me, those varieties cannot be used for marijuana production, they have THC below 0,3, or even 0,2 since France has 0,2. They planted all this on him, that he was growing marijuana.
"What they did here is a shame. It's an even greater shame that I spent 22 months in detention, 21 months with a nanoleg, for nothing - for someone's stupidity, for someone's whim, because someone is saying something on television, which attacks the state," Koluvia said, according to the principle : if I'm not guilty, neither is Bratislav Gašić, the head of the BIA at the time of his arrest.
Everyone knows it's stupidity, his fault, and no one can release him from custody, no one can take off his leg, complained the former owner of the plantation where Alexander Vulin picked tomatoes.
"They have been doing a financial investigation for four years," Koluvia complained. "In four years of financial investigation, they did not find a single euro of black money and now they remembered that they are confiscating my property." Based on what? Based on fiction!”
And Marić tells him: "What you were in prison for is now sold legally at every newsstand in Serbia for 10 euros." At that moment, a woman in the audience shows a jar of industrial hemp, stressing that the THC is below 0,3.
And only the media, that evil! "That media campaign, what they did, they are real vultures, evil. Four years of lies and nonsense. I wonder who is funding it. That picture where I gave the BIA yacht as a gift. I laughed for three days in detention, I couldn't believe what they were saying," Koluvia testified in the extrajudicial proceedings for the happy public.
All in all: he's innocent, he couldn't be more innocent, and anyone who says otherwise is lying, just ask Marić.
