The police are still looking for Alija Balijagić, for whom a warrant has been issued Interpol warrant for double murder in Montenegro, which is located in the vicinity of Prijepolje in the southwest of Serbia.
According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Balijagić was seen on November 2 in a village near the border with Montenegro.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, previously stated that the hunters saw Balijagić with a rifle in his hands.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs called on citizens to be careful and to inform the police immediately of any information they have about him.

It was pointed out that members of the Criminal Police Directorate, the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit, the Gendarmerie, the border police and police officers from the police departments in Prijepolje and Užice participated in the extensive search and search of extremely inaccessible terrain.
"The search of the terrain, where there are a large number of caves, pits and coves, is carried out with the involvement of drones, official search dogs, as well as special thermal imaging cameras, and more than 80 abandoned buildings have been inspected so far," the statement of the MUP stated.
The action is carried out in coordination with the Montenegrin police because it concerns an area located near the border between the two countries.
Alija Balijagić is suspected of killing two people in a house in the village of Sokolac near Bijelo Polje in the north of Montenegro on October 25.
The police have been looking for him since the moment when the lifeless bodies of two elderly people were found, and announced that the suspect was armed and on the run.
The prosecution announced that brother and sister MM and JM were killed by firearms.
