"A relatively convincing election victory, of, for example, a five percent difference for the anti-regime side, significantly reduces the possibility of contestation. This would allow the regime to hesitate a lot in case it is ready to apply some measures of repression, provocation, criminal acts and the like, which it is normally inclined to do," said Lompar.
