The candidate of the Serbian Progressive Party for the President of the Assembly said that "it will be an honor for her to be in prison if the opposition takes over power", which was promised by the head of the Serbian People's Movement parliamentary group, Miroslav Aleksić, because she fought for a free and independent Serbia.
"What does their European Serbia look like - they will decide who goes to prison." This is how the rule of law looks in your interpretation, and that is why you pass the elections," said Brnabić at the parliament session.
Ana Brnabić said that she was very satisfied to see Dragan Đilas, head of the Freedom and Justice Party in the Serbian Parliament, since, as she said, he "usually hides behind Marinika Tepić and Miroslav Aleksić".
She said that Djilas reported 619 million euros after 10 years of politics.
Đilas: this is a terrible time of Serbia's decline
Dragan Đilas, an MP on the "Serbia against violence" list, said during the parliamentary debate: "The state was captured by a criminal group made up of four parts - political, militant, institutional and media".
"You are the Serbian Progressive Party, the political wing is made up of various Belivuci, Šarić's thugs, the institutional wing is made up of the prosecutor's office, the police, the BIA, the tax administration, while the media wing is made up of dozens of tabloids and televisions with a national frequency that lie to the people and glorify the president." stated Djilas.
At the beginning of his presentation, Đilas read the verses of Vladislav Petković Dis "Our days", adding that those words best describe, as he said, "this terrible time".
"This is a terrible time of Serbia's decline, and one day it will be studied as the years of the greatest shame and dishonor, the consequences of which will be felt by the generations yet to come," said Đilas.
Đilas said that he deliberately did not say a word about Ana Brnabić, because she is "irrelevant", like everyone else in the Serbian Progressive Party.
Dacic: Vucic accepted only what he did not exempt from the German-Fan-German plan
The president of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, said today that the party, together with its coalition partners United Serbia and Greens of Serbia, will support the election of Ana Brnabić as the president of the Serbian Parliament.
Speaking at the session of the Assembly of Serbia, Dacic said that if anything was treasonous regarding Kosovo and Kosovo, it was simply the declaration of Kosovo's independence and that those who were in power at the time should be held accountable for that.
"Then there was the Democratic Party, meaning Tadić and Koštunica. Tadic went to Romania, Koštunica was there, I don't know what you did, you burned these kiosks, broke into the embassy, but that is not state-building behavior," said Dacic.
He pointed out that as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, he can confirm that Aleksandar Vučić, as President of Serbia, did not accept the French-German plan, that is, that he accepted that we fulfill only what he did not exempt.
Dacic recalled that Vucic requested that recognition of Kosovo's independence and membership in the UN and other specialized international organizations within the UN be excluded from the plan.
The second day started off stormy.
The beginning of today's session of the Serbian Parliament was stormy. MP Dobrica Veselinović claimed that the elections in Belgrade were stolen. "Belgrade doesn't want you because you don't love it," said Veselinović.
"We are here to fight and to show a different side of Serbia and to bring a different energy to the Assembly. "We will fight in the streets and be sure that we will win," he said.
Then SNS MP Vladimir Orlić spoke up and said that "liars are the most common" regarding the position.
"You will fight in the streets." What better place for street people than on the street. If you think that with that rampage in front of the Old Palace you will prove your love for Belgrade, there is no need, everyone has seen your love," said Orlić.
Then the members of the opposition advertised the violation of the rules of procedure. Since they did not get the floor, a discussion with the chairman followed, and after that several members of the opposition approached the speaker of the parliament. Then security entered the hall and stood in front of the lectern.
The session continued with Milenko Jovanov starting to speak, and opposition MPs gathered in front of the lectern and interrupted his speech with noise.
Aleksić: Radenović is obliged to take care of the Rules of Procedure
The situation calmed down to some extent when chairman Stojan Radenović gave the floor to MP Miroslav Aleksić. Then all the MPs returned to the benches, and the security withdrew.
Aleksić said that Radenović is obliged to take care of the implementation of the Rules of Procedure and that when someone points out a violation of the Rules of Procedure, he gets the floor before the other person's turn.
"If you had let me point out the violation of the Rules of Procedure, nothing would have happened." Neither would we be in an unpleasant situation, nor would people from the police come out, nor would anything hurt," said Aleksić and added that he wanted to point out violations of the Rules of Procedure, which he said had been going on for two days.
Then SNS deputy Vladimir Orlić spoke and said that Miroslav Aleksić was punished for what he did.
"Without the chairman's approval, the speakers ran into him and towards the table," he said and added that "there is no greater punishment for the opposition than what they have turned into."
NADA will not support the election of Ana Brnabić as the President of the Assembly
The MPs of the coalition once again said that NADA will not support the election of Ana Brnabić as the President of the Serbian Parliament because "an unworthy government cannot have a worthy candidate". The head of the NADA parliamentary group, Miloš Jovanović, also said that one of the reasons was "theft and tricksters in the elections".
Jovanović said at the session of the Assembly that not so long ago Ana Brnabić insulted the deputies, "rather rudely, in an almost swearing manner". He also denied the allegations of SNS that opposition MPs attacked the police in the parliament hall today and tried to attack chairman Stojan Radenović.
According to Jovanović, it is a "brutal lie and manipulation of the progressives", and "it is to their credit".
Previously, the head of the parliamentary group "Party of Freedom and Justice - Movement of Free Citizens" Marinika Tepić asked Radenović to restore order in the hall and warned him that it was unacceptable for so many policemen to be present inside, which is why she asked him to remove them.
