Although the communal inspection ordered the removal of the stage set up for the meeting of the Serbian Progressive Party in the Niš municipality of Medijana, for now, instead of the stage, only the decision of the inspection was removed
However, instead of the stage, it was removed - the solution of the inspection.
As stated in the now-removed decision, the progressives did not submit a request to occupy the public area in Mediana, on the territory of which the meeting is planned. It is alleged that the stage was set up illegally.
The decision ordered that the unknown person remove the disputed structure within an hour at most. If this is not done, the removal order is transferred to the Public Utility Company "Mediana".
In the announcement published on the website of the Municipality of Mediana, it is stated that since the objects were not removed within the given period, an order was handed to the utility company "Mediana" to immediately remove all illegally placed objects.
