A column of people escorted the body of Stefan Nedeljković, one of the three Serbs who were killed in a clash with the Kosovo police in the village of Banjska, to the Royal Procession today.
During the vigil, which was formed through Kraljevo on the way to Vrnjačka Banja, where the procession with the body passed, people paid their respects to the martyred Nedeljković by silently holding lighted torches.
Farewell to Bojan Mijailović and Igor Milenković in Leposavic
Bojan Mijailović and Igor Milenković were sent to their eternal rest.
There is silence in Leposavic today, writes Kosovo Online.
The families were not handed the autopsy findings, although the competent Pristina authorities announced that the autopsy was completed.
Nedeljković, Mijailović and Milenković were killed in a conflict between local Serbs and the Kosovo police on September 24, in the village of Banjska, in the north of Kosovo and Metohija.
A Serb was detained at the Jarinje crossing while he was going to a funeral
Today, the Kosovo police stopped LJ at the Jarinje crossing and took him to southern Mitrovica for questioning. However, the Serbian List claims that he was "deprived of his freedom" after he went with his fellow citizens to Vrnjačka Banja, to attend the funeral of a Serb killed in a conflict with the Kosovo police.
The deputy commander of the Kosovo Police for the North region, Veton Eljšani, told Kossev that today the officers stopped L.J. Srbina at the Jarinje crossing, so that he could be questioned.
"He was stopped for questioning by the prosecutor, he was not arrested," Elishani said. He was then escorted to the police station in the southern part of Kosovska Mitrovica.
Elšani had no information about the specific case in which this person is being questioned, or whether he will be released after the questioning.
He specified that the prosecutor decides on that.
The Serbian list accuses Kurti's regime of persecuting Serbs
In connection with this case, Srpska lista has already announced, stating that "with the silence of the international community, the persecution of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija by the Kurti regime continues."
They state that L. J, whose full generals were presented, was moving towards central Serbia to attend the funeral of a Serb who was killed in a conflict with the Kosovo Police in Banjska.
They claim that he was pulled out of the column and deprived of his liberty, and taken in an unknown direction.
"The family and friends were not given any explanation for this behavior of the police officers at the crossing, nor were they presented with the reason for his deprivation of liberty. "At this moment, the lawyer is trying to find out where he is," they added.
In the meantime, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija came out with the same allegations and accusations.
