Every third activity of the "Aleksandar Vučić - United Serbia" list recorded on the ground had elements of manipulation or abuse of the law, according to the latest report of the Crta organization.
Organization record published the Observation Report of the first part this Thursday, October 8 election campaigns for the period from September 9 to 30.
Crta recorded 203 cases in 45 cities and municipalities of negative campaigns, obstruction and violence. Obstructions were most pronounced during collecting signatures. The negative campaign intensified in the continuation of the campaign, while the clashes at the booths, threats and physical obstruction of the journalists limited the address to the voters.
The report states that there were almost 1.500 announcements in the most influential media close to the government announcing the outbreak of chaos and violence on election day. In an average of seven texts per day, the activities of opposition actors are characterized as a "colored revolution".
TV Kurir and TV Inform lead in negative reporting on opposition actors, when it comes to the cable network.
The line also states that there is a marked inequality of participants in the reporting of television stations with national coverage. On the whole, the opposition was given twice less time than the ruling parties, but every other second it was shown in a negative tone.
The opposition got the least amount of time RTS - only 15 percent of the time allocated for all political actors.
Crta also emphasizes that every third activity of the "Aleksandar Vučić - United Serbia" list recorded on the ground had elements of manipulation or abuse of the law.
"In erasing the border between the state and the party, independent institutions - REM and the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption participated, which by avoiding consistent enforcement of the law, by doing and not doing, contributed to the advantages of the ruling party," the report concludes.
