Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) organized on Saturday, July 18, political rally on the sports field in Rakovac belonging to the "Branko Radičević" Primary School, which broke the law, Bujanovac write.
With this procedure, the SNS violated Article 113 of the Law on the Basics of the Education and Training System, which states that "party organization and activities and the use of the institution's premises for these purposes are prohibited in the institution."

The director of the school, Gordana Zlatković, said in favor of Bujanovac that no one asked her for permission to hold the event.
"No one from SNS contacted me or asked for permission or consent to hold a rally on July 18 at the school's sports field. Two days before that, I went on vacation and didn't even know that SNS was organizing a rally," said Zlatković.
The vice president of the SNS Municipal Board, Dragan Milić, confirmed for Bujanovačke that he attended the meeting, but also said that he did not participate in its organization.
The gathering called "United Serbia" in Rakovac was attended by SNS President Miloš Vučević, Minister for Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue Demo Beriša, as well as MPs and local officials of that party.
