The air show was opened by the President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolić, and the Minister of Defense, Aleksandar Vučić. The event is attended by representatives of the Ohio National Guard, diplomats, members of the Government of Serbia, as well as numerous figures from the country's public life.
Of the 16 participating countries, 11 countries have flight teams
(representatives of Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Italy, Romania, Russia, USA, Slovenia, Turkey and France), while five countries attend the meeting at the delegation level (Great Britain, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sweden and Ukraine). A total of 27 aircraft and about 200 people are participating. Representatives of 27 aviation organizations are participating from Serbia with 58 aircraft, and the Serbian Army with 45 aircraft.
