The Bosnian-Herzegovinian film "Gori Vatra", by Pjera Žalice, has been relevant in these unfortunate areas for a long time, and in recent months, the title has gained additional exclusivity.
Fires are burning all around us, and the fires have shown that Serbia is a functional country as effective as a 10-euro vacuum cleaner from Temu. Not just fires, of course.
Let's remember what is the plot of the political satire filmed in 2003, which brought together brilliant actors from various parts of the good old Yugoslavia. In the town of Tešanj, known for its good sorrel, news arrives that the president of America will be visiting it.
The local elite is fully preparing for the big event, in order to present the bazaar in the best possible light: facades are fixed, potholes are patched, a cultural and artistic program is being prepared... They want to show how everything works flawlessly, including coexistence and inter-ethnic reconciliation.
The hit of the film is the song by Saša Lošić, which was later slightly rearranged by Halid Bešlić, and which says: "Above Tešnja dawn is breaking, welcome, president"!
In the end, logically, everything goes to hell! You cannot construct a parallel reality, a semblance of normality, when everything around you is bursting with misfortune, injustice, war trauma, lies, corruption, crime and poverty. There has to be a fire somewhere.

Vučić arrives in Novi Sad
The arrival of President Vučić in Novi Sad, and the play that follows it - will be even more cut off from reality than this Tešanje episode. They dispersed progressives everything they got their hands on, they committed urbicide based on the well-known verses - "let's go down to the cities to beat the bastards", but no one was more affected by their activism than Novi Sad.
This city survived the wartime 90s and the traumatic transition of the 2000s, but there were no progressives. Now it is an overcrowded kasaba, a city of incredible impossibilities, where you can smell the sewerage at every corner and hear the peat of newly composed songs.
Nowhere is there a finer line between crime and internal organs, which is shown, among other things, by the fact that little by little some chief of the Novi Sad police is arrested. Not, of course, as part of the fight against crime, but as a consequence of the conflict between mafia groups.
Novi Sad is a progressive golden hen where all the gangs related to this party operate, launder money, do whatever they want, neither the laws of this world, nor God's, nor professional laws are respected. That Novi Sad actually no longer exists, now it is a completely different place, unrecognizable. It will be difficult to repair it, some things have irreversibly gone to hell.
Some will angrily say that this is not just the result of corruption and incompetence, but that there is a clear intention behind it. It really looks like that, but you shouldn't exaggerate. The progressives have no plan, they destroy with their habits.

Why is Novi Sad important to them?
The fall of the canopy in Novi Sad was not just some incident that fell from the sky, it is actually a logical consequence of the Vučić people's management of this city and the entire country. It sounds horrible, but one can truly say that the Novi Sad tragedy is the icing on their hellish cake.
It is clear why it is important for progressives to hold a meeting in Novi Sad, and why they have wanted to hold it so many times, since the fall of the canopy. Symbols play an important role in politics, and the arrival of Vučić in Novi Sad with the already familiar and boring circus is intended to be presented as a death blow to the "blockaders". The most troubled city was liberated again.
Vučić's power rests, as it has been said many times, on the perception of his omnipotence, and it is important to see that no one can do anything to him, that there are no untouchables. And so it will be, if it is not postponed again, a progressive meeting in the capital of Vojvodina will be presented in the familiar and boring, most primitive of the world and century, regime propaganda.
The self-confidence of Novi Sad progressives should be restored to continue without fear with their "jobs", now they are a little scared and embarrassed. In Novi Sad, being a progressive is really something to be ashamed of. Everywhere in the country, but in Novi Sad, it is at least slightly more pronounced.
And what will we watch? Well, we already know everything by heart. Hundreds and hundreds of buses bringing some unusual people with beer in hand, parked around the edges of the city. Progressive elites will also arrive in overpriced cars and overpriced clothes.
The police will flock to Novi Sad from all sides, and there are also ordinary criminals - from those who get big government jobs to those who break into cottages and steal old televisions and carpets. Debeovci in jeans and leggings, with the popular "fags".

Who is preparing violence?
The citizens of Novi Sad, you can hear it at every turn, and by God, read it in volumes on social networks, however, they perceive the arrival of Vučić as the return of a criminal to the scene of a crime. Protest rallies will be organized, there will also be some performances that are being prepared in silence. Of course, there will be no violence on this side, because violence is someone's specialty.
Progressive propaganda will pump how Vučić, even though his life was in danger, decided to come to Novi Sad and show his historical heroism. However, the only people he needs to fear are the people around him.
But, the huge discrepancy between the progressive propaganda performance and a destroyed and humiliated, looted city and angry citizens - it will show somehow. That's how it happens. Perhaps the progressives will regret that they organized this rally in the first place, perhaps its effects will be completely opposite to those they wanted.
As we said, you cannot construct a parallel reality, a semblance of normality, when everything around you is bursting with misfortune, injustice, trauma, lies, corruption, crime and poverty.
