10. In the last position is Ana Brnabić, technical prime minister of Serbia. She earned her place in this prestigious competition with impressive incompetence and non-interference in her own work even in two mandates. Everything else that could be said about Brnabić is pure excess.
9. After her, the Prime Minister of Macedonia, Dmitar Kovačevski, arrives. He continued on the well-trodden path of his predecessor, Zoran Zaev, who resigned due to poor election results. However, as some of Macedonia's biggest problems were solved during his mandate, Kovačevski currently lacks color, smell and taste.
8. Robert Golob, future Slovenian Prime Minister, is in a completely different situation. We are talking about the winner of the last parliamentary elections, who won the most parliamentary seats since the independence of Slovenia. Golob will certainly advance in the leaderboard, but before that he must prove himself on the field - the opposition and the government are not the same.
7. Followed by Dritan Abazović, Prime Minister of Montenegro. He came to office without an election, by repackaging the parliamentary majority. In the past two years in power, Abazović has shown exceptional skill in political dribbling, but it is an open question whether it leads to success. His progress in the standings depends on whether or not he is a temporary solution to the Montenegrin stalemate.
6. It is Milorad Dodik's turn, member of the presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Carrying out various functions, he has held power continuously since 2006. In the last twenty-five years, he has gone from being America's and Europe's favorite to their biggest regional problem. Despite this fact, strict caution - Dodik is the best friend of every president of the Republic of Serbia. He is a trained professional and does it so that no one else has to.
5. In front of Dodik is Bakir Izetbegović, president of the Democratic Action Party. Although he does not currently hold any state office, it is not important to him. Namely, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the real power lies in the hands of the national parties, and Izetbegović is the undisputed leader of the Bosniaks. In this context, it will continue to firmly hold its place in the table, without major fluctuations in the political game. Tayyip Erdoğan, one of the godfathers of Izetbegović's daughter, also contributes to this.
This concludes the first half of the table. The sequel will follow tomorrow - what does the second one look like. And especially, who is number one? Are surprises possible?
