Farmers have radicalized the protests and at 10 o'clock they started a complete one blockade of certain roads. Farmers from all over Serbia took part in the blockades, in accordance with the agreement reached on Saturday at the meeting in Mrčajevci.
The rebel peasants demand a ban on the import of milk and other agricultural products in order to stabilize the situation on the market, but the Minister of Agriculture Dragan Glamočić said that this is not possible, because, as he stated, our exports would also suffer because of it.

International road blockade
The blockade of the international road Belgrade - Timișoara started at 11 a.m., and as Marko Bojkara, president of the Dolovački paora association, told N1, the protest will certainly last until 14 p.m., when a group of pedestrians from Pancevo is expected to arrive to support them.
"It will certainly last until 2:00 p.m., when a group of pedestrians from Pancevo is expected to come as a sign of support. It will certainly last until then, and then we will decide on further steps," Bojkara explained, reports N1.
Portal Nova.rs writes that more than 50 roads are blocked across the country.
Farmer: I was threatened with death
Farmer Branko Tomašević said that the deputy president of the Local Community (MZ) of Novi Selo near Loznica threatened him with death.
"We had threats from our residents, more specifically from the deputy president of the local community. He called on the phone and said that if he couldn't pass through the center of his village, he would kill someone. Those were the words, I didn't want to argue with him, to talk, I simply hung up and he called five or six more times, but I don't want to talk to such people at all," Tomasevic told N1.
He points out that the deputy president of the MoZ came to the blockade today, that he tried to pass, but fortunately everything ended without incident.
"Some time ago, about half an hour ago, he tried to provoke everyone here, but luckily the police officers were there and they escorted him as normal, they sent him back and that's it," says Tomašević.
Glamočić: Some farmers are engaged in politics
The Minister of Agriculture, Dragan Glamočić, stated that he will not make any decisions under pressure, and that farmers who do not want to talk to him are engaged in "politics".
He said that the farmers who are organizing protests and blocking the roads did not respond to his call to discuss the problems in agriculture today.
He pointed out that the invitation to farmers is still open and that he is always ready to talk to them.
"The situation in Serbia's agriculture is not as bad as it is presented to the public, we have the world's largest incentives in the dairy industry," said Glamočić.
"Glamocic is not our minister"
When asked if farmers' trust in the state was shaken, since they refused to negotiate with the Minister of Agriculture on Monday evening, but considering that they were on the streets several times and there were several promises, Milan Zorbić from the Association "Naše mleko" says:
"What kind of faith do we have in them? He is not our minister, our government is not. They betrayed and sold us. What else needs to happen? Murder. And the man has already been threatened with murder from the SNS cartel. He received a summons, if he goes out and blocks it, the outcome will end in death. That they will kill him. Is it from the state? From whom is he defending? From the peasants? Everything they defended until now, everything is gone," Zorbić told N1.
He accused the authorities of being "set up to fill their own pockets", while the farmers' pockets are empty.
Minister: On March 2, a public call for support measures will be published
The Minister of Agriculture, Dragan Glamočić, said that on March 2nd, a public call for support measures per hectare will be announced, and that it will be 18.000 dinars per hectare for farmers who work up to 100 hectares.
"It is a measure that arouses the greatest interest. For the first time in the history of the Ministry, the money will be paid out by the end of March. Farmers will not have to wait for the public call to end, so as they submit applications and applications, we will pay the funds at the same moment," said Glamočić at a press conference in the Government of Serbia.
According to him, the second installment will be paid before the autumn sowing and will not be less than last year, as there was misinformation in the public.
He stated that the responsibility will be strengthened in the sense that the spending of that money will have to be justified with accounts.
Glamočić added that for the measure per hectare, the state will provide 38 billion dinars, that is, more than 340 million euros will be paid out in just one month and will go to the accounts of all farms.
"Next week we will announce, we have already agreed on propositions with the banks, the most favorable subsidized loans that exist on the market. The interest rate is from zero to three percent. For those under 40 and women, the interest rate is one percent, and zero percent is the interest rate for the purchase of artificial fertilizers," he stated.
He pointed out that these are dinar loans, without a foreign currency clause, and that there are no better ones on the market.
