Compromised state and social self-respect

If the elections after 2012 were turned into a factory for the production of the default legitimacy of the regime, the specificity of this one is that this legitimacy was called into question. You cannot invoke legitimacy that has been so documentedly contested. In what way will the regime now try to restore it? One way is to tactic, give in and find a convenient excuse for repeating the elections in Belgrade. The second way is the tightening of relations with the political opposition and emphasized cooperation in international relations

If everyone does what they can, Serbia will be a different country

Each of us should ask ourselves a few questions. Are things going in the right direction? Are current conditions – from prices in stores and markets to the state of the media – worse than just a year ago? Do we get better treatment, are we safer on the streets, do we worry less about children in schools? Is this the pinnacle of the organization of society that Serbia is capable of? I am deeply convinced that it is not. It would be tragic if we could not do better, and it would be a crime against our conscience and against our children if we did not do what is in our power to better manage relations in our country and to ensure better opportunities for every person in this country
