At the University of Belgrade, the doctorate was annulled, then returned
Let us remind you that on December 21, 2021, the Senate of the University of Belgrade made a decision to cancel the diploma and the diploma supplement for the acquired title of Doctor of Science of Sinisa Malom after it was determined that he had plagiarized his doctoral dissertation.
Sinisa Malog's appeal against this decision was unanimously rejected at the session of the Board for Professional Ethics in January of this year.
However, already in March The Administrative Court issued a verdict annulling the decision of the Senate of the University of Belgrade, which revoked Sinisa Mal's doctorate degree. With this verdict, his diploma and doctorate were returned to him.
After an almost decade-long legal battle, Siniša Mali now has two doctoral degrees.
