Former Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said his United Serbia party will "defend the electoral will" in the October 25 election, accusing political opponents of stealing the election.
Holder of the "Aleksandar Vučić - United Serbia" list Aleksandar Vučić he declared that his list is ready to "defend the electoral will of the citizens" in the elections on October 25 and said that the institutions will protect the election results if someone tries to change them with violence.
"We are fully ready to defend the electoral will, and we will defend the electoral will," Vucic said in a live address on social networks TikTok and Facebook.
He said his list would not "steal" elections and accused political opponents of doing so in the past.
"We will not steal, and we have never. They are. And all of them," said Vučić, adding that the lists of political opponents include people who represent the "old politics" and the "old regime."
Vučić also said that, as he claims, he accepted and respected every election result that was unfavorable for his political option.
"We will defend and protect the results" of the election
Speaking about the election night on October 25, Vučić said that the competent institutions, if necessary, "will defend and protect the results."
"If there is a need, if someone tries to tear it down with violence, we will defend it, we will protect it," he said.
Vučić added that he will not rush to announce the election results.
"And there will be no announcement of the results, because I am never in a hurry to announce the results," said Vučić.
He assessed that an increasing number of people want to go to the polls in order to "prevent the victory of political opponents who would destroy the country".
The former president of Serbia also said that his list will not allow anyone to "steal the voter's will", as well as that the votes should be counted the way the citizens voted.

There is, literally, no difference between the one who claims it is day in the middle of the night, or the one who claims to be a giraffe, from the claims we read on billboards: that Vučić is working to unify Serbs and that Serbia is doing better and better day by day.
The pre-election arrests due to the alleged "overthrow of the state" testify to the regime's panic. The bad news for them is - they can't arrest the whole people who decided to defend themselves from progressive beatings and election theft
The ring that tightens around Ćaciland Student list is getting narrower. Because there are more and more spoiled people who see the false prophet for what he is: a street obscener who is fighting Serbia
