The Higher Court in Belgrade partially accepted the appeal of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade and changed the first-instance decision of the judge for the preliminary proceedings, which rejected the proposal for detention Vladimir Štimac.
With this decision of the non-trial court panel, Štimac was issued a measure prohibiting him from approaching, meeting or communicating with certain persons and visiting certain places - so that he prohibits attending all public gatherings, both registered and unregistered.
