On Thursday evening, Valjeva happened bloody beating and trampling, mostly younger Protestants, by the police who were brought from Priboj, Prijepolje, Užice... And when the police chased the citizens away from the protest site with repression, they continued to chase them around the city, took them out of bakeries, betting shops, taxis, the basketball court, beat them and brought them into custody. 60 citizens were treated in the emergency center of the Valjevo hospital, four were kept in the hospital due to serious injuries, and the police reported 19 injured. Information appeared that 67, mostly minors, were detained, but it was confirmed that 17 of them were.
The day after the beating of the citizens, SNS mayor Valjevo came forward with a statement, who "after the unpleasant event addressed himself as the first among equals", saying that he condemns all forms of violence, and that he appeals to citizens to refrain from attacking the police... A flyer "Dear Neighbors" was posted in the city, which says: We must never forget last night's events in our city. fellow citizens. We ask all grandparents, all parents, brothers and sisters, all daughters and sons, to go out into the streets of Valjevo, and not to harm our city and our children. This is our city, and we must not watch from our terraces as the worst among us break the bones of our fellow citizens. Never again!
On the same evening, Friday, the Valjevo congregation invited citizens to a meeting to condemn the violence and support the arrested fellow citizens. High school students invited all of Serbia to Valjevo for Saturday, at 19 p.m., because "it has reached a point of no return, local sheriffs are ready to kill their own future for the sake of someone else's interests and to protect the corrupt regime they have been a part of for a number of years. We will never give up, it is an oath that even our graves would fight against everything that this inveterate system stands for"!

"Either we perish, or we take down these monkeys"
On Friday evening, several thousand people gathered in the City Square, all of them went to the Police Department building, in order, as the organizer announced, to protest peacefully due to police repression and arrested fellow citizens. The gendarmerie brought from the side first went to the SNS premises, but they somehow realized that there would be nothing there, so they stationed themselves in the hall of the police building, as well as in the back yard, there was no cordon in front of the Police Department.

A veteran of all protests against all freak regimes spoke up, who said that he will not allow their children to be beaten, it's time for old people to take to the streets, as he said, "it's come to that, we'll either perish, or get rid of these monkeys"!
