Slobodan Milenković is no longer the head of the Belgrade Police Department for the fight against drugs, and Dušan Mitić is no longer the head of the operation. In November 2019, these two criminal inspectors discovered in Jovanjica, according to the indictment, a skunk factory equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories where 66 thousand cannabis stems were found, which after drying weighed 1,6 tons of the drug.

They also arrested Predrag Koluvija, accused of being the leader of a criminal group for the production of that drug, as well as his associates. There have been cases of the discovery of large marijuana plantations, but such a discovery of a skunk drug laboratory has not been recorded in the history of the Serbian police. However, the Prosecutor's Office and the MUP did not brag about that seizure. On the contrary, the case was covered up for days, and the policemen's lives, from that moment on, turned into a struggle for survival.

DISMISSAL AS INTIMIDATION, RETALIATION AND STOPPING INVESTIGATION

After almost four years of persecution, criminalization and threats to their lives, the inspectors were replaced. According to the sources of the weekly "Vreme", this shift is actually intimidation, revenge, stopping further investigation and preparation for the worst attack on the inspectors so far.

The change can be interpreted as pressure, if we take into account the fact that it took place ten days before the hearing for Jovanjica, at which Inspector Milenkovic is scheduled to testify.
