Four people suspected of the attack on students of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade have been identified and detained for 48 hours, announced the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office
On occasion attacks on students of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade which happened during the night between January 13 and 14, the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, in cooperation with the police officers of PS Palilula and the Criminal Police Department of the PU for the city of Belgrade, determined the identity of four persons, namely RM, MS, KM and Ml for which detention of 48 hours was determined.
"In relation to all the suspects, the public prosecutor ordered detention for 48 hours due to the suspicion that they committed the crime of Violent Behavior under Article 344 of the Criminal Code." Within the specified period, the suspects will be interrogated, after which a decision will be made on further action, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner," the prosecutor's office said.
The day before, the public prosecutor of the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade ordered the police officers to determine the identity of all participants of the event with whom it is necessary to conduct an interview, as well as obtain medical documentation on the injuries sustained by the injured persons. It was also ordered to obtain footage from the video surveillance cameras located inside the faculty building, the plateau in front of the faculty as well as the surrounding streets, as well as other data necessary to shed light on the aforementioned event, they announced.
Let us remind you that in the attack on students of the Faculty of Law, six people were injured on three occasions.
