The police, in equipment for breaking up demonstrations, pushed away the citizens who were trying to prevent a special vehicle from going in front of the Banovina building in Novi Sad remove the bus Milomir Jaćimović, which was returned to him earlier today.
The bus was driven away with the assistance of the police, and the minor son of Milomir Jaćimović, Milan Jaćimović, who ended his hunger strike after four days, said that he would rejoin his father as a sign of protest, which he had announced earlier.
Milomir Jaćimović assessed that this is powerlessness, and his minor son Milan declared that he is going on hunger strike again. By the way, the police went into action at the very moment when Diana Hrka started to address the crowd in Belgrade.
Members of the police in full gear to break up the demonstration came out and pushed the citizens away from Jaćimović's bus. Citizens threw eggs at a special vehicle that towed away Jaćimović's bus after the incident.

He came to lift my buses and destroy my buses. So does that Vučić see what he did? He destroyed four other families besides me. So let him come here, let him kill me. So let's all get rid of each other, he killed me, he got rid of this problem. He can't do that to me anymore. there is no more strength," Jacimovc said.
He said that the police told him that his vehicle had passed the Interpol check.
"This is the end, this is the bottom of the bottom. The people should get up and go to Belgrade and get this resolved. Block Belgrade and no one will go anywhere until this is resolved. Is this powerlessness? Well, they will kill us here. Get up people, let's all go to Belgrade. Let's go to Belgrade, peacefully. We will come, we will close Belgrade and until it is resolved, no one will go anywhere. No one will die in seven days," he said.
Police officer Vasović previously warned the citizens to stay away from the bus, which they refused.
A student was injured during a confrontation with the police
Student Vukašin Đinović was injured during a conflict with the police in Novi Sad, when members of different units roughly pushed away citizens with shields who wanted to prevent them from towing Milomir Jaćimović's bus.
The student of the Novi Sad Faculty of Science and award-winning young mathematician and physicist was covered in blood, which was flowing from his nose.
"Someone from two meters away hit me in the head with a shield. For no reason, he just took the shield and hit me in the head with all his strength. My whole nose bled," Djinović said.
In Novi Sad, there were tensions and clashes between citizens and the police when the police came to take away the bus that was returned to Milomir Jaćimović this morning. The police used shields to push away citizens who were standing next to the bus, preventing them from towing it away.
MUP: Bus removal carried out "in accordance with the law"
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia announced that the members of this ministry in front of the AP Vojvodina Government building acted "exclusively in accordance with the law and powers", with the aim of preserving public order, peace and security of citizens, on the occasion of the removal of Milomir Jaćimović's bus.
According to reports, the police responded after it was determined that the bus was parked illegally, without license plates and that fuel was leaking from the tank. By order of the competent prosecution, measures were taken to remove him.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs states that certain persons obstructed the work of police officers, threw objects at them, insulted and damaged the vehicle of the removal service. Thanks to the "professional behavior of the police", the bus was safely removed, and for now two people have been detained for disturbing public order and peace.
"The police are working on the identification of the persons who damaged the tow vehicle and attacked the members of the MUP," the announcement states.
The Ministry reminded that every public gathering must take place in accordance with the Law on Public Gatherings, as well as that obstructing or preventing the official actions of competent authorities is illegal and entails responsibility.
The MUP said that it will continue to ensure public order and peace, the safety of citizens and the smooth operation of institutions, and that it will not allow attempts to endanger security, pressure on the work of state bodies or abuse of public space.
