While the mandate and leader of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Milojko Spajić is trying to preserve the minimum majority necessary for the formation of the government, he is facing increasing problems in his party, "Vijesti" reports.
In addition to all that, protests started last night by citizens demanding "defense of the electoral will".
Criticism of Spajić reached the president of the state and his party deputy Jakov Milatović. He openly criticized the way in which Spajić conducts the negotiations on the formation of the government, stating that there were no clear principles and structure of what it should look like.
Milatović also said that he would also invite the coalition for the future of Montenegro and URA to the government.
"It seems to me that we started from the end again and that as citizens we witnessed indecent political bribery of certain departments." The process of forming governments should start from what is the electoral will of the citizens and the programs that it should implement, as well as from the structure of the government that is optimal in order to reach those programs," said Milatović for RTCG.
Milatović, who on August 10 gave Spajić a mandate to form the government, said that "constituents should have been invited based on programmatic principles."
Protests for the defense of electoral will
Protest motorcades are being held in Montenegro until last night, in which the participants want to express their disagreement regarding the formation of the new government, reports RTCG.
The representative of the organizers of the motorcade, Ivan Milić, said that the participants of the protest are calling on politicians to return to the victory of August 30, which, as he stated, reborn Montenegro.

The protest is organized, as the organizers said via social networks, due to disagreements regarding the formation of the 44th government, as well as dissatisfaction that the "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition will not be part of the ruling majority and that parties that once cooperated with Milo Đukanović are being introduced into the government.
On the occasion of the announced motorcades, the Police Administration made an announcement.
"Due to announcements on social networks, which are reported by some media, that there will be unannounced public gatherings - motorcades in the cities of Montenegro, we inform you that the officers of the Police Administration, in accordance with Article 93 of the Law on Internal Affairs, will record all unannounced public gatherings gatherings before, during and after these gatherings," the announcement states.
MP of the "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition, Jovan Jole Vučurović, congratulated, as he said, the brave citizens who organized themselves to defend their vote and who show great responsibility.
"The behavior of Milojko Spajić is catastrophic and irresponsible. "His willingness to return the organized crime of Milo Đukanović and others who were destroying Montenegro, and who wanted to steal the holy places of the Serbian Orthodox Church, to the places of decision-making, caused great indignation among the people," said Vučurović.

The open criticism of Milatović was preceded by the accusation of Tamara Rosić, councilor of the Pljeval PES, that he was trying to break up the party.
This is not the first crisis in PES, given that Spajić and Milatović had disagreements over the composition of the MP list last summer.
The tussle in PES comes a week after members of the Main Board of that party, Radinka Ćinćur and Jevrosima Pejović, were against Spajić's plan to form a government with long-time allies of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), and without the coalition for the future of Montenegro (ZBCG).
According to the unofficial information of "Vijesti", they have not changed their position on this matter.
Ćinćur and Pejović were not ready to tell "Vijesti" whether, despite this, they would vote in parliament for the election of Spajić's government. Pejović did not answer the questions of "Vijesti", while Ćinćur said that the deadline for forming the government is still two months away and that there is enough time to coordinate with potential partners.
As soon as he announced that he has a majority for the formation of a new Government of Montenegro, but in which there will be no coalition for the future of Montenegro (ZBCG), support for Mandate Milojko Spajić, leader of the Europe Now Movement (PES) began to fall.
After Spajić announced that there would be no coalition of ZBCG, from the United Montenegro and the Alternative movement, which each won one MP in the elections as coalition partners of PES, they announced that their MPs would not support the government proposed by the mandate holder.
