Miroslav Tomašević was fired from EPS

Miroslav Tomašević was the acting director of EPS, who was dismissed in June this year, and returned to work on July 3 after a vacation.

Tomašević has now been fired, which was not delivered to him, but the decision on the dismissal was displayed on the notice board, and the reason cited was the refusal of the employer to sign the annex to the employment contract with the employer, which was offered to him in order to transfer him to another workplace.

Those familiar with the events in the EPS say that his removal is not a surprise.

"Violence in Serbia is taking its final form, where the clique in power deals with everyone who has integrity, attitude and knowledge in the most drastic ways. And who is patriotically oriented towards the state of Serbia," says the trustee of the trade union "Nezavisnost", who is employed at TENT, Dragoslav Ljubičić, for the portal "Vremena".

"Tomašević did not deserve it," continues Ljubičić, "he is an example of how people of profession, integrity and honor run a company like EPS." In a short period of time, he managed to turn a drowning man into a company that started to make a profit again. Obviously, this did not suit some structures at the top of the state, and this is how they deal with people", he says representative of the trade union "Nezavisnost" Dragoslav Ljubičić for the "Vremena" portal. 

Miroslav Tomašević held the position of acting director from March 2022. He had good business results and, according to the employees, in a short time he managed to return the company marked by incidents to a technically correct system.
