Portal Nova.rs announced that Ivan Bošnjak, co-owner of the company "The Millennium Team", confirmed in court that he is Predrag Mali, the brother of the Minister of Finance Siniše Malog, employed at the company "KBV Datakom" for more than ten years and that he uses the company's official car, but he rejected the claims that the company has any closeness to the state or that it achieves million-dollar deals thanks to political connections, which is why the mentioned company sued this media.
The co-owner of "Millennium Team" claims that it is "notorious nonsense" that this company is close to the government, that it has any connection with the Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali, and that it has been receiving millions of deals with the state for years on account of these connections.
As stated in the text, Bošnjak stated at the hearing held on January 22, in the proceedings initiated by the "Millenium Team" against the editor-in-chief of the Nova.rs portal Mihailo Jovićević, that Predrag Mali never used the official apartment and that the company "KBV Datakom" is not a daughter of the company "Millenium Team", although he and the other co-owner, Stojan Vujko, are minority owners.
"Predrag only uses an official car that belongs to the company in addition to his workplace, and he has never used the company's apartments," said Bošnjak, adding that the company did not conclude any contract with Sinisa Mali in his capacity as Minister of Finance, reports this portal.

"Millennium Team" has been operating for more than two decades and is engaged in various sectors - from gasification and the construction of Belgrade on the water, through apartments for security guards, to the purchase of spas and the management of industrial and tourist facilities. Among their projects are Mostogradnja, Hotel Jugoslavija, Institute "Jaroslav Černi", winery "Šapat" and vineyards near Novi Sad.
Over the years, the company received jobs from the state, including those without a tender, as well as subsidies that exceeded tens of millions of euros. Despite this, Bošnjak pointed out that the company does not depend on political connections and that doing business with the state does not imply a direct connection with the current authorities.
Apart from his business engagements, Bošnjak admitted that he personally participated in distributing packages to pensioners with the SNS logo, but that he does so privately and does not represent the company's activity. The co-owner also pointed out that he has never held a position in the party, nor that the company "Millennium Team" is politically connected.
