"You can't hit on my Ratkovo, you stinky puss, do you understand?"
That's right Branko Babic, the self-proclaimed "eyebrow king", a rich man and influencer in the service of the regime, cursed Aleksandar Dikić, the presenter of Zrenjaninska KTV, as he plucked the bug and left the show.
Previously, Dikić made a remark that Babić owned a "hacienda" in Ratkovo, and the latter explained that it was supposed to be a wooden cottage, but he fell in love with that area and stayed there to live.
"And by God, you can see the consequences," Dikić said.
"What?" Babić asks her.
"Life in Ratkovo."
Then Babić got furious. He continued with simpletons and leaving the studio, to which Dikić said: "Listen, don't curse me." And then followed the guest, taking off his jacket.
He ran away and apologized.
However, as "Vreme" learns, there was no physical conflict.
Babić immediately left the studio with his bodyguard, and later apologized and said that he is a man of reconciliation.
"He said that he is like that and that nothing is cut from the show," Dikić told Vreme.
He adds that Babić even offered to have a man from Odžak on the show, whom he unjustifiably accused some time ago of shooting someone for political reasons - to publicly apologize to him.
It turned out that the shooting in Odzaci was a local criminal confrontation, and that the man Babić mentioned had nothing to do with it.
Eyebrows and regime
Then, at the end of March, he pompously announced that he was done with "this madness" and that he was hiding from Serbia for a while, but apparently he quickly returned to continue supporting the regime with bizarre interventions.
By the way, Babić often advertises on the topic of student protests on social networks. Although he initially had a positive attitude about faculty blockades, in the meantime that has changed, so he is currently one of the most ardent advocates of returning to normal workflows.
Babić is famous and rich because he was one of the first in Serbia to start a business with permanent eyebrow makeup. He founded an academy to teach various drawing techniques and sell products, calling himself the "eyebrow king".
He is a native of Ratkov near Novi Sad, where he has a large estate and also owns an artificial lake.
