How to break a mafia state
The famous Hungarian sociologist Balint Magyar talks about the mafia state for the new "Vreme". How the new election winners can overthrow that system

The symbol of the red fists, which represents resistance and solidarity after the tragedy in Novi Sad, was targeted by the counter-campaign of the Serbian Progressive Party. In Belgrade, activists began to draw a provocative variation of the symbol, which caused criticism and condemnation
Red handprint is one of the symbols of the protests organized in Serbia after fall of the canopy of the reconstructed Railway Station in Novi Sad on November 1, 2024, when 15 people died. The message "your hands are bloody" echoes at protests across Serbia.
This symbol appeared at every protest, and it was drawn and worn by students, activists, teachers, actors, musicians, citizens... Almost everyone who participated in the protests that followed the deadly fall of the canopy.
Two and a half months later, the Serbian Progressive Party started a counter-campaign, following its established method of plagiarism, turning the red fist into a red middle finger with a clenched fist, and writing graffiti began in Belgrade, the progressives from Novi Pazar also joined in. The mayor of Kraljevo, Predrag Terzić, also came forward, sharing a post with the symbol of a bloody middle finger on social networks.
Under the cover of night, activists of the Serbian Progressive Party started painting graffiti all over Belgrade. However, in Voždovac, they were caught in the act while drawing a template with spray paint at the Higher School of Electrical Engineering, and after that they attacked the blockaded students who were on duty at that institution.
A fight ensued, and the most militant activist bit one of the students who was trying to restrain him, as well as the guard of the institution.

"The response of the Serbian people to attempts at a colored revolution"
Large banners with the inscription "Response of the Serbian people to attempts at a colored revolution" and with the sign of a fist with an outstretched middle finger were hung today on the overpasses along the motor road through Belgrade - from Arena to Franš D'Epere.
Banners are hung by people with hoods on their heads and medical masks on their faces. Those activists stand as a kind of guards under the overpass with banners, and their faces are completely covered, FoNet reporters report.
The banner was also placed on the Mostar loop. Citizens at nearby public transport stations are protesting, and there is no visible presence of the police.
Novi Pazar: Published and then withdrawn
In addition to Belgrade, members of the Serbian Progressive Party from Novi Pazar also showed the red middle finger. Namely, on the official Facebook page of the City Committee of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) of Novi Pazar, a hand painted red showing the middle finger was published.
The Novopazar progressives hung a photo of an outstretched middle finger with the accompanying text:
"As for their rebellions, red fists and colored revolutions, the message of the Serbian people is the following".
However, after this post was published by local media strongly criticizing such action of the head of government, the post was removed from the Facebook page.

Highlighting the mayor of Kraljevo, Predrag Terzić

After this announcement, opposition parties from Kraljevo reacted.
"Citizens of Kraljevo and the entire public are witnesses to the inadmissible and inappropriate behavior of the mayor Dr. Predrag Terzić, who publicly humiliated and insulted the citizens through social networks, from his official Facebook page, by showing offensive gestures and inappropriate address," said Zoran Lišanin, president of the royal committee of the Party of Freedom and Justice.
He added that such shameful behavior is "especially unacceptable at a time when our students and educators are fighting for their rights."
"We remind you that public office implies responsibility, dignity and appropriate behavior in every situation. With this act, the mayor not only insulted the citizens, but also ruined the reputation of the office he holds, as well as the institution he represents. "We demand an urgent apology from Mayor Terzić to all the citizens of Kraljevo, students and educators," said Lišanin.

The message of the last gathering of the Student List before the elections on October 25 is: It's over! It's a little retro, but considering who it's related to, it hits the spot

The "Students are winning" list held a final pre-election rally on Belgrade's Trg Slavija ahead of the extraordinary parliamentary elections scheduled for Sunday, October 25.
"They tried to destroy our country on an external order. Huge money entered the country and that's why this is the most difficult battle, because they attacked us with billions of euros, and we defended ourselves with purity, our program and love for the homeland," said Aleksandar Vučić at the final pre-election meeting in Belgrade's Hall of Sports

The signatories of the letter "We believe in Serbia that can do much more", more than 190 businessmen and entrepreneurs, publicly supported the Student List
