Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina adopted the rebalancing of the provincial budget, which reduced it by 1,6 billion dinars and will amount to slightly more than 66 billion dinars.
77 deputies voted for the rebalancing, while the opposition deputies left the hall before the vote.
Member of the Green-Left Front in the Assembly of Vojvodina Branislav Guta Grubacki assesses for "Vreme" that it is a first-class scandal.
"On the very important topic of the session of the Assembly of Vojvodina on budget rebalancing, the opposition MPs came prepared. At the moment when one of them, Predrag Dragojević, started to mention rare examples of money being pumped out of the provincial budget, Aleksandra Maletić from the Serbian Progressive Party, which led the session, started to deal with the MP by interrupting him during his speech. She also did not give a single reply to the opposition parliamentary clubs, of which there are three. She was increasingly rigid, increasingly rude, and we decided at one point to leave the session", says Grubacki.
According to his words, after the opposition MPs left the session, the parliamentary regime majority stopped the discussion and used the opportunity to hastily adopt the rebalancing of the provincial budget.
"They misused the conduct of the session and the fact that we left the hall in the rudest possible way. This adoption of the budget rebalance was carried out in a completely illegitimate manner," notes Grubački.
