Actor Dragan Gagi Jovanović says that he expects a change of government in the elections, with the assessment that solidarity, discipline and a willingness to protect the election results will be necessary to achieve that goal.
Actor Dragan Gagi Jovanovic confirmed that he will be among the candidates for MPs on Student list in the extraordinary parliamentary elections on October 25.
Speaking for "Danas", Jovanović expressed the expectation that there will be a change of government in those elections, with the assessment that solidarity, discipline and readiness to protect the election results will be necessary to achieve that goal.
He said that there was an agreement between the participants of the student movement from the beginning and that at this moment there is no need for its further expansion.
He emphasized that they will not give up until they achieve what they set out to do, that is, until, as he stated, they fight for freedom and justice.
Addressing the citizens of Zemun yesterday who were waiting to support the Student List with their signatures, Jovanović pointed out that only one notary was provided to collect signatures at that place.
On that occasion, he assessed that the moment for which, as he said, he had been fighting for almost two years, had finally arrived.
He recalled that during that period two governments were overthrown and expressed his belief that the current government, which he described as the strongest, will also be changed.
Jovanović therefore called on the citizens to remain united and disciplined, stressing that specific tasks are ahead.
As the most important thing, he mentioned going to the elections on October 25 and the readiness to defend the votes of the citizens. He ended his address with a message that he expects the victory of the students and the new Serbia.
