Vučić: He will never encounter such respect and love as in Serbia
President Vučić thanked the citizens who came to greet the "steel friend of Serbia Xi Jinping".
"I told him that as a leader and president of a great power, he will be met with respect everywhere in the world, but he will never meet such respect and love as in our Serbia," said Vučić.
He stated that history is being written today and that in a few years we will all remember this day and know that we wrote the future on this day.
"Just as we have clear views on the issue of China's integrity, that Taiwan is China, so they also support the territory of Serbia without any reservation." They were with us in the most difficult moments, they were with us even 25 years ago when this country was destroyed and bombed, together with us they paid a high price, lost people on this day. Thank you to President Xi, because everything we built in Belgrade was built thanks to a stronger economy, support for Železera, the mine in Bor, and private investments. And there is much more that we can and must do together, only the sky is the limit," said Vučić.
"Long live the steel friendship of Serbia and the People's Republic of China," said Vučić.

Xi Jinping: Sincere friendship between Serbia and China
The Chinese president said that he is very happy to be in Serbia again and thanked Vučić for the welcome he received at the airport last night, as well as today in front of the "Serbia" Palace.
"I was honored to see such a magnificent ceremony (at the airport), I was really impressed and deeply moved." As you yourself said, we have witnessed first hand that the Serbian people regard the Chinese people as steely, best friends. This is really a mutual and sincere friendship, there is a strong sense of friendship between our countries, I really welcome that and it really left an extremely deep impression on me," Xi said.
He pointed out that, like his wife, he was deeply moved by the welcome, and that the performance of the cultural and artistic society was impressive.
Si also said that he remembered his previous visit to Serbia and that during his visit to the Smederevo ironworks, he had a very cordial interaction with the workers and that he saw firsthand how much they were looking forward to our cooperation.
He also said that with sincerity they can achieve great things.
