Fifteen-year-old girl M.Đ., which she hit at the marked pedestrian crossing in Vojvode Stepe Street producer Pinka NK (44) by car on June 26, after seven days she was transferred from the intensive care unit to the ward, Nebojša Marić, chief surgeon on duty at the Medical Academy, told RTS.
According to him, the girl is in good condition and her life is out of danger.
Due to the traffic accident, in which M.Đ. suffered serious bodily injuries, producer Pinka was arrested and the Second Basic Court in Belgrade ordered her to be detained for up to 30 days.
She is charged with Felony against the safety of public transport.
The second basic public prosecution stated that the suspect caused the traffic accident with intent, considering that she was driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 1.51 parts per million of alcohol in her blood and because the accident occurred at a pedestrian crossing.
According to data from the register of misdemeanor sanctions, 33 requests for initiation of misdemeanor proceedings were submitted against the suspect for committing a misdemeanor from the Law on Road Traffic Safety, and based on those requests, the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade issued 11 convictions.
