Will Mertz, Macron and Von der Leyen bring Vučić into line?

The European Union - Western Balkans summit in Tivat was preceded by tensions between Serbia and Montenegro. At the center of the event was the Air Serbia charter with 87 members of the criminal loyalists of Aleksandar Vučić, who were returned to Belgrade by the Montenegrin police.
