Nikola Spasić's endowment: RGZ did not do what it had to do

"The Cadastre is obliged, by law, to register the ownership rights of the Republic of Serbia on the entire building at 33 Kneza Mihaila Street. The Cadastre did not do that."

RGZ: We are not to blame for the situation in the Nikola Spasić Endowment

The Republic Geodetic Institute, as stated in the announcement, is convinced of the correctness of its actions, which is supported by the fact that neither Mr. Đekić nor the Nikola Spasić Foundation have initiated a lawsuit to determine ownership rights or criminal proceedings
