Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office: MPs are not protected by immunity for criminal acts

The Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office said in connection with the riots in the Parliament of Serbia that parliamentary immunity does not protect against criminal prosecution for the commission of criminal acts, which, according to the announcement, also includes throwing a smoke bomb in the parliament hall.
