People who want to apply for the first welfare program focused exclusively on transgender people must meet the following conditions: be at least 18 years old, identify as transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming or intersex, receive no more than $600 per month, and live in the city and county of San Francisco and be willing and able to complete a survey every 3 months and submit a complete application
